Call routing to second user
Hello, I hope I selected the correct location and topic. I'm trying to set up my new employee to use the business zoom phone for inbound and outbound calls so they aren't using their own phone number. I'm not planning on giving them their own phone number I'd just like them to use my business number. I hope I can explain this correctly but here are my thoughts and what I'm looking for, if somebody could give me assistance on guidance. Thank you for any assistance. Alex
