I'm pretty good at understanding how technology works, BUUUTTT.... Can I register my Zoom phone number to a Whatsapp account so that I can receive Whatsapp messages from my Zoom phone number? Ideally, I would like to have the option of receiving regular text messages on the Zoom account as I would a regular phone text, and receive messages on my Zoom number through the Whatsapp account if the sender chooses to use the Whatsapp app. Basically, I want my Zoom number to act like my cell phone number where I can pick and choose what app to use with that number. (Sorry if this has been asked before!! I'm brand new to this site!) 😬

Hello, we are using a customer and proposal management software that allows for VOIP integration. I require some details though and because Zoom is not a traditional VOIP system, I can't seem to find them. I'm also not sure if Zoom can weven work with this. The software we are using requires a Server Address.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

It would be nice to have an "Add queue" button on the user's settings page in the Phone Management area. It would facilitate adding multiple call queues to a new person rather than having to go into each queue and add the person. It would make things much easier and faster.

Uninstalled and Reinstalled zoom to update the app, when that happened all the sms messages disappeared. Is there a way to get this back?
Hi There, I'm having an issue where once our phones are provisioned to Zoom I can no longer access their config page. We are using VVX150, 250, and 450 as well as a few d230. All with the same results. Once provisioned the config page is inaccessible. Seems the phones are refusing the connection. I'm trying to find a feature with the config page to remove the need to press send after dialing a phone number. I think I know how to do this if I could access the config page.

The wait time drop-down goes in increments of five seconds, but the shortest time is 10 seconds. I don't imagine we can change that value. What would be involved in submitting a feature request to allow manual input, or adding a 5 or 8 second option. We have multiple tiers of call groups. Our main line rings the first group. After 10 seconds if no one answers it goes to a larger group of people, but sometimes 10 seconds is just too long.

I have done some reporting on the past quarter for the incoming calls into each of sites on Zoom. Our business model is we have open hours typically 8-5 Mon-Fri. We also do after hours emergency service. One of our sites is an anonomly, and more than double the amount of off-hours calls than any other site. So, we want to dig in to this data and export a list of the 520 calls we took aftger hours in a 3 month period vs the normal 200 calls in other stores. I cannot find how to export the actual calls. We want to dump this list into Excel so we can analyize the phone numbers and see if they are existing customers or maybe a political robot was stuck calling us over and over at night?
Anyone know if there is a way we can export 3 months of call detail?

Just set up my account. I can make calls fine - and can call my zoom number from my personal cell. however, no one else is able to call me on my zoom number; everyone receives an error - "call cannot be completed as dialed." I've tried calling from several phones and locations. what am I missing from the setup? TIA
