Do all users need their own phone number?
Hi everyone! We're new to Zoom Phone and have what may be a rudimentary question. Here is our situation: So, with all of this in mind, do both employees need their own assigned phone number in order to actually use Zoom Phone? Or would they be able to make and receive internal and external phone calls using only a call queue for the main company number (plus dial-by-extension for internal calls)? Or does each person require their own direct phone number in order to make/receive external calls? Thank you for your help!
