I'd like to make it so that I can send a web link to anyone - or have a shortcut on a web page, that allows a web user to simply click and have it call my Zoom Phone via the web - having installed no apps.

Phone numbers in Australia - Ownership

Hi


I am based in Australia and interested in the Zoom phone plans.

 

I understand Zoom will own the phone numbers but is ownership of the phone number transferrable if I decide to leave the Zoom plan?

When pressing a number to dial on salesforce, the zoom phone popup on the bottom left on the screen always opens, when I already have the zoom app open and are using this as my workflow instead. I'd like for the salesforce popup not to pop up every time I dial as it covers vital information on my salesforce contact/account.

 

Using a MacAir / Zoom Workplace most recent update Version: 6.2.6 (41824)

We have a user who answers calls for her own extension and a call queue. She has her desktop app and a Poly E550 phone. When she deletes the voicemail using the portal, it remains on the phone. We have deleted all of her messages using the portal, but the phone screen still shows 189 messages, and she can still listen to them.

Call Failed

New user is not getting zoom phone activation invitation

We are trying to set up a new user.  The invitation to activate their account is being sent to their email but they are not receiving it.  It is not going to spam folder.  We have tried sending it several times to no avail.

Good afternoon,

 

I have an Axis A8105-E intercom door camera, and I would like to get it working with Zoom Phone. After entering in all the information for the manual provisioning, and enabling sips I was able to get it provisioned with Zoom phone. I can make calls to the common area extension assigned to the phone, with the device automatically picking up and two way audio established. However, when I press the button and attempt to have the device call a Zoom extension, or even an outside phone number, the call rings, and when the recipient picks up the call just ends.

 

Are there any settings I am missing? Any insight or advice would be greatly appreciated.

First time porting in Zoom. My clients invoice comes from Ring Central. Once I put the numbers in, it obviously splits them up between the underlying carriers (3 that are not ring central). It is asking me for the acct info for each carrier. Do I put... Show more

First time porting in Zoom. My clients invoice comes from Ring Central.  Once I put the numbers in, it obviously splits them up between the underlying carriers (3 that are not ring central). It is asking me for the acct info for each carrier.  Do I put the ring central info in all 3 spots?

Hello all,

 

The most current Zoom 10DLC support was updated in May. It states that "Campaign approval is taking 2-3 weeks due to a backlog with downstream carriers and providers."

 

My brand was approved instantly on May 5th, 2023, but my campaign is still pending after all this time. We are now sitting at 5+ weeks since my submission. Does anyone else have recent data points for how long it's taking to get a campaign approved?

 

I have a non-Zoom datapoint of a one week turnaround time for an AT&T Office at Hand/Ring Central campaign I was working on for my day job back in May.

 

Appreciate any input everyone has!
