My company has now started to use zoom workplace as its main system for receiving outside calls and moving calls around our offices to other staff. One issue we have though is the volume can be troublesome when there is so many steps to simply transferring a call. I am wondering if anyone knows of a way to use the keyboard shortcut for transferring a call in combination with any possible settings to simply defaulting it to just blind transfer it to the designated number when the shortcuts used rather then bringing up the three transfer types. 

I want to schedule a call with people from the United Arab Emirates but am unsure what number they will use to dial in. On the Zoom International number page, Zoom International Dial-in Numbers - Zoom, there are no numbers listed, and there is an X in the International Number column. 

What number should I use to call Toll-Free to the United Arab Emirates?

I've got automatic recording setup for my call queues and users. However, I need to make sure internal calls between employees aren't recorded. 

I know that enabling auto recording on the call queues will cover inbound calls, but I need to make sure outbound ones are auto recorded too. How can I enable this without it triggering for internal calls?

I need to know does Zoom provide any API to access to Zoom Phone Calls Recording and Minutes of Call?

I am developing a system where Client's requirement is, when we open a list of Calls, there should be a Button to play Recording of Phone call and also display the minutes of Recording.

My Client is ready to buy the Subscription of Phone call recordings and also if any other paid API is require to achieve this.

Please provide you valuable feedback on this.

I have searched the community and see that the common issue here is business hours (which I have set to 24/7) for the auto receptionist and user and to make sure Greeting Prompt is disabled & Route to User (which I have done). Call handling is set up for Zoom Phone, Mobile, & Desktop for myself. I get the notification on my phone and desktop about the inbound call but it goes to voicemail within 1 ring. I also made sure I do not have any call queues set up.

I only have 1 phone number, one user (myself). I can make outbound calls without issue. I was receiving inbound fine when the phone number was set up. The only other community thread I could find on this was someone who said Zoom flushed the user cache and that fixed it for them??

I uninstalled and reinstalled the mobile & Desktop apps but the problem remains.

Whenever I add an SLG target, the target is added to every Role Member. I then have to go into every member and remove that target. I'm reaching 50 targets and this is very time consuming. Is there a way that the default is zero members and I can add members manually? In most cases I only want 1 or 2 members assigned.
