IVR does not understand Facebook and Instagram words

I'm setting up an IVR to ask a simple question: "How did you find us?" I do not want to say "Press 1 for this, 2 for that, 3,4,5,6, etc" so I added some options like Facebook, Instagram, Google, Bing, Search Engine, etc. If I say "Google", it works, ... Show more

I'm setting up an IVR to ask a simple question: "How did you find us?"

 

I do not want to say "Press 1 for this, 2 for that, 3,4,5,6, etc" so I added some options like Facebook, Instagram, Google, Bing, Search Engine, etc.

 

If I say "Google", it works, "Search Engine" works, and "Bing" works, but it is not working for the options "Facebook" and "Instagram". I tried speaking in many different ways and asked different people to try but does not detect both words at all.

 

Any suggestion?

I've seen this question posted in other places but I haven't found an answer. If this has been solved please let me know.

 

When I am on a zoom phone call (through the app) on my Android cell phone my call gets interupted if someone calls my personal cell phone. Does anyone know how to resolve this? I see that iOS devices have a callkit option but when I follow the same steps to enable that option isn't there.

I have a zoom phone. Iam trying to setup sms. Every time I try and enter a branding as per the instructions it fails. Iam using GoDaddy and entered the CNAME and TXT still fails. Any Ideas?

As of last week, my zoom office number isn't forwarding to my cell as it was programed several years ago.  More important, it is reading out a message, that I am not available and to call back later.  I have Optimum Mobile, which is where all calls are forwarded to when they call my office.

Finding the proper link to contact Zoom is next to impossible.  Can someone assist?

I can get transcriptions of voicemails left for me but I cannot fathom how to get transcriptions of the occasional ad-hoc recorded phone call:

So I go to account settings:

Checking under both the "Recording" and "Zoom Phone" tabs I can find no way to turn on "Allow call recording transcription". I've also searched Google and the community here but couldn't see a post on it. If it already exists, sorry!

We're having an issue where a persistent spam call center continually reaches our Zoom phone numbers. They use a rotating number, so when you block one they just call from a different one. They seem to use the same one or two caller ID strings, so I was wondering if it's possible to implement some kind of rule that automatically blocks callers with a certain caller ID.

 

For example, let's say I get a call from "SPAMCALLS INC, 555-123-1111". Blocking this number blocks only the 555-123-1111 number, but then I proceed to get calls from "SPAMCALLS INC, 555-123-1112", "SPAMCALLS INC, 555-123-1113", etc. and I have to block them all individually. Is there a way to just block "SPAMCALLS INC" rather than the number itself?
