Zoom Provisioning - Trouble with Zoom Removing other SIP accounts off my T46s Yealink IP Phone

How might one fix the issue of zoom provisioning every day, which removes the other SIP accounts I've added to my T46s Yealink Phone? They aren't Zoom accounts they are PBX accounts, etc.

 

Is there a way to tell Zoom not to remove the account settings on my IP phone?

 

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Zoom Phone mobile app contact sync with Zoom Desktop?

I've just started using Zoom Phone as part of a trial before the rest of our company moves over. I've been able to sync my iPhone contacts within the Zoom iOS app and they show under "Phone Contacts" in that app, but the desktop app doesn't seem to sync with the phone app.

 

Is there any setting or integration I'm missing? This seems utterly basic so I'd be shocked if phone contact sync to the desktop app is not supported.

Option to Print or Save SMS Messages

We are looking for an option to be able to print or save SMS conversations with clients to put in their files. Right now we can highlight the conversation and then copy/paste it, but it loses formatting and is difficult to follow without lots of edit... Show more

I recently ported a number from ATT to Zoom. After using Zoom we found we do not like it. I need to port my number back to my carrier because it is our business number and I have to keep it the same. Absolutely no one will talk to me on the phone because I don't pay for a live agent with my plan???????? Which is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. I had several more things to troubleshoot with them after submitting a ticket and I have yet to get a call from anyone. So if anyone can tell me if it is possible to port my same number back to ATT and how to start this process. TIA

I have a database of contacts in Accelo, which syncs with Google.

I'd like to sync those contacts to Zoom, and setup separate call queues based upon whether or not the caller is a known contact (i.e., the caller ID appears in our system) or the contact is unknown (i.e., isn't in the system).

 

I realize this may be a custom integration, but is this technically possible?

Is there any Zoom plan that allows one user to schedule multiple meetings at the same? 

I work with recruiting and we constantly have more than two Zoom meetings set up, we have an enterprise account and yet Zoom always asks to end one meeting. The current cap is 2.

Is there any upgrade to the plan that would allow multiple meetings at the same time? 

It's been a hastle for us and we're inclined to use rival platforms due to this limitation.

Hearing the phone ring while not using the head phones?

We cannot hear our zoom phone ringing as it only rings in the head set. Does anyone know when I am not wearing the headphones how can we hear the phone ring? Unless i am looking at the computer I am not aware of a call. I have unplugged and rely on the the blue tooth but it still doesn't ring outside of the head set. Any ideas on how to fix this.

Title says it all, the recordings are available, but taking 2-4 hours to transcribe. In the meantime, they say '

"The recording transcript is processing, please check back later."

Since using Zoom Phone for a year, transcription processing has been close to real-time.

Resolved! Need to get 2FA codes from 3rd parties ASAP

I recently ported my T-mobile number over to Zoom and thought that the advertised "SMS" capability would at least enable me to continue to get 2FA codes via SMS, but I'm unable to get anything from anybody (human or robot) at this time. After a bunch... Show more

I recently ported my T-mobile number over to Zoom and thought that the advertised "SMS" capability would at least enable me to continue to get 2FA codes via SMS, but I'm unable to get anything from anybody (human or robot) at this time. After a bunch of digging I found conflicting threads about needing a "direct" number that is not the "main company" number and having to go through the horribly slow and convoluted process of 10DLC.  My number is assigned to just me and is not assigned to any other pool, main line, or group. The only thing I haven't done to troubleshoot is the 10DLC campaign setup process. 

 

I would like Zoom to confirm that you can't receive SMS messages unless the 10DLC process has been completed and if true, explain why users must go through this process to receive SMSs. 10DLC makes sense for outbound messages but I'm really shocked and disappointed if this is true for inbound messages as well.

 

P.S. The solution of doing a "call" for 2FA codes is a non-option as half of my third party service providers don't offer call out.
