We are about a month away from go-live with Zoom phone. In our testing we’ve found that delegation calls with ring all of the delegatee’s devices, including their mobile phone apps. Has anyone found a way to limit this? My concern is bosses lines ringing on their assistants cell phones at all times, including lunch breaks, after-hours and weekends.

通話中のライブ文字起こしを利用しています。

あとから、メモとしてメールに添付したりしたいのですが、ライブも文字起こしされたものがどこにも存在しません。

どこに保存されているのでしょうか?

通話中は表示されていますが、電話が終了すると画面から消えるのでなにもできないのです。

通話しながらライブ文字起こしされたものを見る意味はないと思われます。ライブ文字起こしされたデータを活用して、伝達の手間やミスが無くなるのではないかと期待をしていましたが・・・

誰か、ZOOM Phoneのライブ文字起こしのデータがどこに格納されているのか知っている方はいませんか?

Unable to use Zoom Phone/ have a pro license/ just signed up for Zoom phone unlimited US/CA

I can't seem to find out how to use the zoom phone - when I dial an outgoing call, I immediately get a message that says I don't have the correct service plan. I have the Pro License, and the $15/mo Unlimited US/CA. Can someone help?

Transfer my skype number to zoom?

I have a Swedish Skype number, landline-like, that works with mobiles and landlines in Sweden unlimited, and globally per minute. Can I transfer this number to Zoom somehow? I cant seem to get in touch with support, so can I do that myself somehow? O... Show more

I have a Swedish Skype number, landline-like, that works with mobiles and landlines in Sweden unlimited, and globally per minute. 

 

Can I transfer this number to Zoom somehow? I cant seem to get in touch with support, so can I do that myself somehow?

 

Or is it easier to use another provider than Zoom and which one then, to transfer my Skype number?

I'm getting nowhere with customer service. I am a small business owner with one line, just for me. I am still not receiving calls on my phone. When I try to call from another phone number, it goes to an operator and asks for a extension. How can I set this up so that one, the app on my phone actually rings, and two, it goes straight to the voicemail, no operator-no extension. Can anyone help?

Hi All, 

I am new to Zoom Phone and must say am not enjoying the experience!

 

I recently purchased an Australia and New Zealand Unlimited Plan, but have not been able to make any calls. Each time I have tried, I receive the following message "Sorry...the requested service is not available in your calling plan". Also, unable to receive calls too! So now I'm confused ( have I not set up properly, am I not dialling numbers correctly?) and worried that perhaps I have purchased an incorrect plan - although I made the purchase after long discussion and upon recommendation of Zoom's sale team.

 

I need to be able to call the landline of my office in Melbourne and vice-versa. I am however currently stuck in Greece (since COVID-19 outbreak) so I am wondering if my physical location is creating a problem.

 

I was told my plan isn't supported by Live Chat. I also submitted a ticket - and was the same thing - each time pointing me to video tutorials. I checked them out, but were not very helpful and my problem remains unsolved. 

 

So I'm really hoping that someone can PLEASE HELP ME from here.

One staff member can send and receive sms via Zoom, but most can only send SMS texts outbound.

If you had this problem and had it resolved, please share how and how long it took to resolve.

For a new user, it is difficult for me to find an intuitive way to configure our only phone number. When a help document says go to Settings, I can't figure out how to get to a screen for phone settings.
We are a small nonprofit with a single phone number where our callers will be prompted to leave a message that we hope will be transcribed and sent to a designated email address. So here is what I am looking for:

1- An easy way to get to phone management interface as this is the primary Zoom service we will start out with.

2- Upload a greeting recording audio file,

3- Configure incoming voice messages to be transcribed automatically

4- Enter an email address where the transcriptions are emailed by default.

 

Once the above is done, I need to find out a way to give our receptionist access to the phone interface so they can login and make & receive phone calls.

Please guide me like you would guide a 5th grader to documentation where I can learn to do all of the above.

Hi,

I have an auto-receptionist that routes calls to a call queue with five agents. I also have a toll-free number. I would like customers to be able to text the toll-free number, which would follow the auto-receptionist path, allowing the agents in the call queue to receive and reply to customer SMS messages.

However, I receive a message stating that my users need a Zoom Power Pack. I do not want them to have admin access—I only want them to be able to reply to SMS messages. We are a canadian non-profit organization, and I cannot afford to purchase five Zoom Power Packs for my agents.

Is there a way to enable this functionality without requiring each agent to have a Power Pack?
