My office uses the Zoom Phone System for our phone calls and I use both the desktop computer Zoom Workplace app and the Zoom Workplace app on my cell phone.  In the last month, if I am on a phone call for more than 20 minutes, the audio from my end stops working.  The call is still connected and I can hear the person talking, but they cannot hear me anymore.  If I quickly switch the call to the other app (i.e. if I'm using the Zoom Workplace app on my cell phone, I switch to the Zoom Workplace app on my computer) the other person can start hearing me again.  Then like clockwork, after about 20 minutes the audio from my end stops working again.  If I switch back to the other Zoom Workplace app again, they can start hearing me again.  And this just keeps repeating after about 20 minutes.  My tech team seems to think this is something with my home network/internet, but I can talk on my personal cell phone at home on this network/internet for an unlimited amount of time.  I also ran an internet speed test, and it said "Your Internet connection is very fast."  This seems to be a zoom issue, but no one can pinpoint why it is happening.  Any help is very appreciated.  Thanks!

system blocked external calls

I have an external number which is being system blocked, I checked on the account level and reviewed audit logs for user level.  This number has not been blocked.  Has anyone else run into this issue?  Thanks!

Hi. Our outbound Caller ID shows "Private Line" instead of our company name. I looked up the steps to change it and the company name appears to be in the system correctly so not sure how to address this issue. Our clients won't accept our calls because they think it is a spam call, so this is a significant issue for us. Any suggestions on how to resolve it? Thank you!

Hide Zoom Entities Contact List From View

I would like to have the functionality to remove "Zoom Phone Entities" list from view. We do not use it and it is cluttering up the screen. 

 

Additionally, For system wide contacts settings, Please make each item for this option toggleable. "List all Zoom Phone Entities (Call Queue, Shared Line Group, Auto Receptionist) under ‘All Contacts’"

 

We want more control over what our users see. They get confused/overwhelmed when they see 10 contact list and half of them are empty or used for call routing purposes but we cannot turn them off.

Hi all -- our users are complaining that at least in the latest iOS app version, they can no longer see who accepted a call in a call queue.

 

We used to see a call was answered by a specific user, like "Accepted by Mike for [Queue]", now it just says "Accepted by others for [Queue Name]".

 

Is there a way to get the old behavior back, or a setting we can toggle?

Automated message to use extension added to IVR?

Our Zoom Phone system has become live today after our numbers ported over from previous user. Everything is working fine, the IVR is in place with our options sending calls to the relevant destination. However, at the end of our recorded IVR message ... Show more

Our Zoom Phone system has become live today after our numbers ported over from previous user.

 

Everything is working fine, the IVR is in place with our options sending calls to the relevant destination.

 

However, at the end of our recorded IVR message - a new message has appeared stating 'if you know the extension number of the person select now or press 0 to speak with an operator.

 

This is not something we want/need - how do I turn it off... have been trying to find an option for it.

 

Any ideas?
