We have been using SMS for over a year, maybe close to two years, and never had a problem.  But just starting today, nobody can receive or send SMS messages on their Zoom lines.   Did something change in the last few days to prevent this from working.

 

I Do have an active 10DLC campaign for all my numbers.

I have spoken to five people, and no one knows how to switch to annual billing for Zoom Phone. I'm not sure if this is even an option. I have my Zoom Phone number set up, so there’s no way I'm canceling that number. It took two weeks to set up Zoom Phone properly. Any ideas?

Hello all,
I have a question regarding Zoom Phone: I have a personal line (A), and can also receive calls on multiple call queues (B) (C) (D). However, it appears I do not get any notification regarding an incoming call or options to handle incoming calls on the queues if I am currently busy on my personal line. I can still receive incoming calls for the call queues if I am not busy. Would it be possible on my end for me to receive notifications for incoming call queues while I am busy on my personal line, or is this something only the admin can do? Thanks all!

Hi! I wanted to know if there is a way to turn off the Call Monitoring disclaimer for inbound calls. I want to keep them for outbound calls. We currently mention call monitoring and recording on the custom greeting we have so we would like to remove the disclaimer on the inbound calls.

 

I could not find this setting and if not it should be included as a fix in future updates.

I have Call Screening enabled along with the option to "Exclude my contacts from call screening, calls from contacts will reach you as normal."

I added two numbers to my Personal Contact list, my own cell (for testing) and my wife's. Both numbers are still challenged by the call screening prompt when calling my Zoom number. I confirmed that the numbers appear in "Personal Contacts" on both the zoom.us website and in my Zoom Workplace desktop app.

 

To determine if setting changes had an activation lag, I temporarily disabled Call Screening and confirmed that the setting change was immediately effective on my line. Reenabling Call Screening was also immediate, however the numbers in my personal contacts are still screened.

 

Is anyone else experiencing this behavior?

I was going through the tutorial and one of the options presented was how a phone number is going to be used? I am paying for a Zoom Phone license to use for my business, but I was wondering, because of the 10DLC laws, if would have just been better to choose Personal? I just plan on texting my clients individually, I don' t do campaigns.

 

Is there a way to change my account?

Can not receive a phone call

Hi 

 

I just set up a zoom phone and am new to this. Can not receive a phone call. It says the service is restricted or service is not available. But I can make a phone call through the app. What should I do?

Resolved! Error Code 1132 on iphone

Has anyone able to solve and be able to log in after experiencing this error. I just sent a report. I am able to log in on Windows PC and Mac. Hopefully I be able to use zoom on my apple phone again. Please let me know if you have other means to solv... Show more

i have tried to contact support and the agent said that that's not our relevant department the internal team will work on your issue altough he generated a ticket on behalf of my issue , so what i wanna know is
has anyone got the same error like this ?
is someone aware of this error so that he/she can guide me through this ?  

and if internal team is working on this so how many days it will take them to fix this ?
