I cannot text an International phone number on my zoom app even though my settings are enabled

I keep receiving an error message that it won't send through. The international texting has been enabled with all countries selected. How do I get it to successfully send?

 I  have a question for the community regarding viewing charged calls only since I am currently on a metered plan.
 
When I go to the Administration section:
 
click on Phone System Management - Logs and once the Logs window opens in the "New View Version " how do I find the "Show charged call logs only"?
Because when I choose the Classic View Version, I can see the check box for "Show charged calls only" at the bottom.
 
So, on the " New View Version" what are the steps to get to the" show charged call logs only"?
 
Right now, I go right away to the classic view page but if  and when it is terminated I will be out of luck which is frustrating!

I’m having an issue when phone registered Avaya J179 phones with Zoom Phone. Everything seems to provision correctly in the admin portal and I’ve assigned the proper licenses, but every time the phone boots it displays: The phone is not licensed in zoom

 

This message persists until the “OK” button is pressed. After that, the phone behaves normally. It doesn't affect calls or features immediately after, but it's persistent and disruptive to users.

Questions:

  • Is there a known prerequisite or license type (e.g. Avaya license, Zoom “device license” vs Zoom Phone user license) that might be missing?

  • Has anyone resolved this “not licensed” boot message for Avaya desk phones?

Can't find Phone recordings or transcripts?

We are trying to integrate Zoom Phone with Salesforce using the Zoom for Salesforce Lightning CTI adapter.

 

Current configuration:

 

  • CTI Adapter URL: https://zoom.us/lightning/zoomphone/lightning.app
  • Permissions sets assigned (Zoom Phone User)
  • Zoom Marketplace app authorized
  • Phone number assigned and active
  • User email address matches between Salesforce and Zoom
  • Clickjack protection disabled on Salesforce

 

 

Issue:

When opening the Phone component, we get the following error:

Refused to display 'https://zoom.us/' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'sameorigin'.

 

Additionally, there is a 404 error:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404

 

Question:

Does this require any special configuration or account-level activation on the Zoom side to allow iframe embedding for Salesforce CTI? Could you please advise the next steps to resolve this?

I've had my Zoom phone for about 2 months, and I've been able to make calls but have been unable to receive calls or text messages. Instead, the call goes to voicemail, and when a voicemail is left, it is not received on my end. I'm also unable to send a text message. The message states, "You do not have a direct number, you cannot start a new conversation."  If anyone is able to help, I'll greatly appreciate it.

Computer and Telephone Audio

I need to create a meeting with telephone dial-in options but my settings do not give me an option for "computer and telephone audio". I am only able to check "computer audio". How do I enable this?

during a zoom in which i had muted myself, I took a phone call.  Normally, it mutes the audio on the zoom and switches over to the bluetooth headset automatically and when I finish the call goes back to the zoom audio still muted.  Recently, it has taken me back to zoom audio but then I am no longer muted.  How can I fix this?

I look in the Zoom help section – porting phone numbers.
The instructions don't match what I see on the screen.

I watch a help video on Facebook Zoom – same thing.
The information in the video doesn't match what I see on the screen.


On the Zoom homepage, I ask the question in the help chat (bottom right) and it's the same there.
The instructions don't match what I see on the screen.

I've been a software developer at BMW AG since 1999 and when I see this, I'm stunned.


All I want is a human on the phone (no machine or similar device)  to help me – nothing more.
