I get calls from my bank for verifzing mz identy. The number of my bank is "Blocked by System" When I go into mz web account. There is nothing blocked. How can I unblock the system for that number?

Hi All,

I would like to know if I can automate sending SMS with Zoom Phone - Salesforce Integration. My requirement is to send an SMS at a trigger point on the Lead or Contact record. Like when Lead record status is 'Nurturing' then send an SMS to the lead's phone number.

The documentation mentions that we can manually send an SMS to a lead or contact from the Zoom Phone widget, but there are no details on whether we can automate the sending of SMS.

Please reply to this post if anyone has any information regarding this.

Hi all

 

I have a few users who have Zoom Workplace on iOS devices , these are new devices, all up to date and have Zoom Workplace installed. When the users click on a Zoom link in Outlook for mobile they are greeted with "did not open Zoom? Tap to install Zoom Workplace app". I have uninstalled and re-installed the app, tried using different meeting links but get the same issue. 

 

Any idea how I can troubleshoot this issue?

Our team did some digging and have found that no direct numbers are attached to the authenticated user, only extension: 5278
For a phone call to make it to us the phone call must be routed to this extension.

Hi! I’m currently working in a government office here in the Philippines. Before we can proceed with purchasing your service, we’re required to send a request for quotation (or canvass form) with your signature and confirmation.

We’re planning to purchase the Microsoft 365 Family subscription worth $129.99/year.

May I know where I can send the email with our canvass form template? We’ll need you to fill in your company name, address, item description and cost, and include a signature—just to make sure everything’s accurate and complete on our end.

I'm trying to set up SMS as a sole user of my account.

 

I keep getting this message: {"description":"Mobile Phone Number not supported. Must be a Mobile Phone Number that can receive SMS messages.","code":551,"fields":["mobilePhone"]}"

 

I have followed the prompts given in this post: https://community.zoom.com/t5/Zoom-Phone-System/SMS-Setup-for-Skype-to-Zoom-VoiP-number/m-p/231136/highlight/true#M12785

 

I have enabled SMS under Account Management. However, when I go to enable it under Phone System Management I get a message telling me that this service is for plan users only.

 

But I am plan user and I'm signed it! How can I fix this so that I can finally get my Brand Name accepted and move forward??

Poly Edge network passthrough failing

We have deployed Poly Edge e350 phone to our desk and have the network passthrough the phone to the PC.  In the last several months, we have had several calls about people that could not access the network on their computer.  After troubleshooting the problem, we determined the problem was addressed by rebooting the phone.  Once the phone is rebooted, network traffic passes normally.  The phones are currently on firmware version 8.2.3.0870.  Has anyone else experience this issue?  

 

One idea we've considered for handling this is to proactively reboot the phones during our weekly maintenance window.  Is there a way to perform that action automatically at scale?
