My organization records a lot of conversations with Zoom Phone, and we want to make sure these recordings are being deleted every so often off of everyone's PCs. Ideally, we'd like to have everyone save their Zoom recordings to an easy-to-access place so that this deletion process is fairly straightforward. When I go to recorded calls in the Zoom Client (three dots to the right of the call in the call log, and selecting "open file location"), they're currently being saved to an obscure, hidden folder for all members of my team that I've spoken with. Is there any way to change it so that these files save to a more easily accessed location?  I've found information in the Zoom help documentation for changing where Zoom Meetings recordings save to, but not Zoom Phone recordings. We presently have users with private accounts within our organization. We, as a company, are currently transitioning to Zoom as a whole. If users with private accounts transition to the company account, will their previous recordings, etc., be transferred with them?

I have one of my users who's second call to her Poly VVX350 is not ringing thru when she is on the first line talking. The second calling party gets a message "Sorry, there is no one to answer your call" and I can't seem to find where or what I need to set, to allow the second call to ring thru. Appreciate any help/input.

We have not made the jump to VOIP yet but considering Zoom Phone. When the office is open, we answer the calls live (No auto attendant). After x rings, if no one picks up it will go to voice mail. Non-Biz "Night ring" / "Auto Attendant" is activated and calls go to the auto attendant, where they can leave message in general mailbox, go to a particular extension etc. 

1) Is there a way to do live answering vs. auto attendant Menu answering all calls, when open? 

2) Is there a manual way to set when the business is open? Like via a programmed button on phone? I am thinking of times when office closed for weather or someone gets in late and no one avail to answer call(s) yet. 

3) Is there a way to set a special closed message in the event of an outage, snowstorm, etc to let people know? How is that set?
