My client was on her phone on Zoom platform. I scheduled a session on my Zoom account on the lap top. I could not see her on my lap top. I had to go on my phone to see her and i was not able to connect with the video she could hear me but could not see me. Thank you, for your help,

I have the zoom app installed on my cellphone. When using the dialer, and making phone calls, I can't hear the person on the other end. I can hear sounds but it cuts out every split second so I'm basically just getting a bunch of bleeps. It works fine when using zoom on my computer. I am connected to wi-fi and have about 90 mbs download and 35 upload. I tried it on only cellular and had the same issue. I tried going through my apps and uninstalling any I don't use and even deleted a few like Ring and a few others that I thought might help. I also uninstalled and reinstalled zoom along with restarting my phone. I'm lost on what to do. I'm thinking about doing a restore on my phone but thought I'd check to see if anyone else has experienced this or knows what could be causing it before jumping to that. The phone is a Samsung S22 Ultra. Thanks for the help 🙂

My organization records a lot of conversations with Zoom Phone, and we want to make sure these recordings are being deleted every so often off of everyone's PCs. Ideally, we'd like to have everyone save their Zoom recordings to an easy-to-access place so that this deletion process is fairly straightforward. When I go to recorded calls in the Zoom Client (three dots to the right of the call in the call log, and selecting "open file location"), they're currently being saved to an obscure, hidden folder for all members of my team that I've spoken with. Is there any way to change it so that these files save to a more easily accessed location? I've found information in the Zoom help documentation for changing where Zoom Meetings recordings save to, but not Zoom Phone recordings. Thank you so much in advance!

We presently have users with private accounts within our organization. We, as a company, are currently transitioning to Zoom as a whole. If users with private accounts transition to the company account, will their previous recordings, etc., be transferred with them?

I have one of my users who's second call to her Poly VVX350 is not ringing thru when she is on the first line talking. The second calling party gets a message "Sorry, there is no one to answer your call" and I can't seem to find where or what I need to set, to allow the second call to ring thru. Appreciate any help/input.

I want to train a new employee on how to take help desk calls, how do I stay on a meeting with them and be able to pull in the phone audio of the incoming or outgoing call? Or maybe there is feature I am missing that would make this task easier. I am currently an admin and we have Zoom One Business and Zoom Phone.

We have not made the jump to VOIP yet but considering Zoom Phone. When the office is open, we answer the calls live (No auto attendant). After x rings, if no one picks up it will go to voice mail. Non-Biz "Night ring" / "Auto Attendant" is activated and calls go to the auto attendant, where they can leave message in general mailbox, go to a particular extension etc. 1) Is there a way to do live answering vs. auto attendant Menu answering all calls, when open? 2) Is there a manual way to set when the business is open? Like via a programmed button on phone? I am thinking of times when office closed for weather or someone gets in late and no one avail to answer call(s) yet. 3) Is there a way to set a special closed message in the event of an outage, snowstorm, etc to let people know? How is that set?

I am setting up some Poly vvx250 phones for my work with Zoom accounts. I make a user, assign the user to a phone, I then set up the phone and once the phone is set up normally it will provision and we are good to go but some of them do not and I need help on how I can provision them so they can start to use them.
