Going on Vacation
Hi, all. I am going on vacation and need to reroute my calls to another person on our team. I tried to use the delegate feature and it didn't work...any suggestions on how to proceed? I am the admin.

Anyone have this issue where if they are using their zoom app on their cell phone the calls continue to drop?
When a Zoom Phone is answered, there is a long pause which creates confusion. Either the client will speak while we are speaking, or they hang up, thinking there is nobody there. Is there a setting that I can change to correct this so there is no pause or delay?

I have purchased a couple of VVX 150 phones. It was my intention that each of these "two line" phones would have a button/ line for the users direct line and one for our main # so that user could either answer the main number if it rings at their line, or pick that line up & use it to dial out.
However, there doesn't seem to be a way to assign our 2nd phone number, which we have purchased (a number, not a user) to those phones? Help!

We recently deployed Zoom Phone...we selected the POLY EDGE e450 as our physical desk phone for those that were not quite ready to let go of a physical device... We are now getting reports that folks phones are randomly rebooting...sometimes mid call...happening in various offices...not at the same time...not on the same network equipment...and not on all devices...just some of them. We have tried swapping phone, cables, network ports and yet some users still experience the issues... We have pulled the logs and given them to both POLY and Zoom... Has anyone seen this issue before?

We want to have what I would call a common area line.
We need three to four physical phone handsets (not mobile devices) in different areas of our program which all serve (and are served by) the same phone number. They will not be assigned to an individual (though we could create a persona for them with an email)
We want to put these in classrooms so that teachers have a phone on wall they can use in an emergency to either dial other staff for help or call 911.
They can't be "hot desk" shared lines where a teacher would have to log in as themselves and we can't afford to buy a separate line for each location.
Is there a way to do this in zoom? we had been told there was ...but now the zoom staff seems puzzled by this basic functionality of a business phone system. (This is one of THREE problems, they couldn't answer off hand.)

We have 2 users in an office. One is rarely in the office causing the other user to frequently cover their extension. The regular user has requested that the phone of the irregular user forward immediately while still ringing the irregular users extension so they can still answer the call if they are present.
Suggestions on how to complete this?

Is there a way to send a mass text to ALL clients for the first time, asking them for permission to text in the future and giving them the option to OPT OUT so they automatically never get texts messages from us again?

We are experiencing an overage on our phone usage each month. Can I upgrade only 2 of my heavy users to the prepaid unlimited plan or do I have to upgrade all users from the metered plan to the unlimited plan?
Hi ! I subscribed for Zoom Phone events on top of WebSocket connection via a Server-to-Server OAuth app, however I don't find the format description of the events to be received. Is this already supported ? Is it possible to receive real time events of a phone call ? Thanks.
