Hi all - we have the Zoom mobile app installed on an iPhone. When the iPhone is locked, either by the user locking it or by the iPhone timing out to the lock screen, incoming calls to the Zoom app are silent. Personal calls to the iPhone still ring when it's locked, just not Zoom. It shows a missed call, but there's no audible alert. If the phone is unlocked, the Zoom call rings. Any ideas?

Phone calls from one customer are automatically rolling through our queues

Two different users have called us from the same company and each time it rolls through our queues (without ringing) to our answering service. There are no records of their calls in the call logs. We have confirmed that they are calling the correct numbers and we have tested the queue as well and it rings fine. Thanks!

Resolved! Yealink transfer mode via DSS key

Hi all, I'd like my default transfer on yealink desk-phones to be "assisted" i can do this by changing the "Transfer Mode via Dsskey" in the yealink web interface but is there any way i can provision it in zoom for all users ? thanks Show more

Short list of firewall rules for APAC (Singapore)

I am setting up my Zoom phone account for the first time and getting ready to port my phone numbers.  We have bought several businesses over the years and currently have multiple phone numbers call in directly to our auto-attendant.

 

Does anyone know if I will be able to have 3 or 4 phone numbers go directly into my main auto attendant?  I am afraid to initiate the porting until I know that we'll be able to do this either directly or at least have some workaround.

Hey there community,

The way I have the system configured is through 1 x phone number, with 3 x extensions (Reception, Clinician, and Support: 2 of which have calling packages) and the Yealink IP Phone is assigned to Reception. When Reception is on a call and the Clinician starts a call, it disconnects the Receptionist. Vice versa is also occuring.

 

Any help is appeciated.

zoomphoneの録音機能で自身の声しか聞こえないことはあるでしょうか?

なお、zoomphoneで電話している際は疎通確認は取れているので、声は聞こえています!

Hi guys!

Does anyone else have the same issue: users are getting the "Your account is inactive" error. I've checked the administrator account, and all users are active. Subscriptions are active, and all invoices are paid. Moreover, I can't even contact support now. Support is not available in chat or by phone, and no notifications have been sent to my email. I don't know where else to turn; maybe I can find answers to these questions here.

It says, "In the Caller ID Name section, click Change next to the current caller ID name."

I cannot find "Caller ID Name".  Please see screenshot. Where is the section referred to in the support article?

Calls not dialing out

Has anyone else experienced difficulty dialing certain numbers? We've noticed that some calls result in a 'Call cannot be completed' message, but when we try the same number on our personal phones, the call goes through without any issues. Show more
