I am trying to reset a user password and following the below instructions. I do not see the option mentioned in step 4. Can someone post a screenshot of this, as I don't see it as an option. Thanks! To change a user's password:How to change a user's password

I'm using Zoom 5.16.2 (23409) and macOS 13.6 (22G120). Most of my Zoom use is for video meetings, launched by links from Google Calendar. So most of the time I keep the main Zoom window minimized and the whole app hidden. I like to keep it that way to reduce clutter on my screen. My employer added phone service to our Zoom accounts a few months ago. In the past 2–3 weeks, I've started receiving more calls. Again, to reduce screen clutter, if I will not use any Zoom functions during the calls, I minimize the window and hide the app. That gives me screen space to use other things while I'm on the call. It all seems fine until… the remote party disconnects. When that happens, Zoom plays its "call ended" sound, and then… ZOOM CRASHES! The next time I start Zoom, it prompts me to report the crash, which I do, every time, with a brief explanation and my email address. I never get a response. It's very easily reproducible. I've done it by calling my Zoom phone number from my mobile phone to simulate receiving a call. If I minimize the window and hide the app, then end the call on my mobile, Zoom crashes every time. So, where do I submit a bug report about this?

We are having major issues with our Poly vvx 250's rebooting after internal and external calls. It is not all the time and not all of the phones. Is anyone else experiencing this? We are working with Poly and Zoom.
My bluetooth headset isn't working with zoom. It works with Microsoft Teams and Google meets, just not zoom. This is since the latest update. My settings all seem to be correct. Please advise
Started recently, perhaps version 5.16.1, we're starting to see the following. Once the Windows 10 Zoom Widget is opened, it can't be moved on the screen. The functions all work, and it can be closed. The window, however is unmovable. If the user moves to a new machine, the widget works. But once this starts happening on a machine, it isn't unrecoverable and will keep happening. We've tried logging off, and reinstalling. Anyone see this? Any suggestions? We have just opened a case too.

Is it possible to opt a CAP member in and out of a call queue? We are setting up a small queue with simultaneous ringing that will have two CAP phones as members for when people are sitting at those positions. There will also be individual user members who can opt themselves in and out using the app. When no one is sitting at those phones, we don't want calls to ring there, especially if no one is available to take calls on their app (either busy or off shift). Is there any way to opt those phones in and out using either a key assignment or touch-tone code?

I am looking to see how to do this or if even Zoom supports this. I am inquiring because we want to capture SMS texts on user's iPhones (we will have iMessage disabled). This is for archiving SMS texts for compliance reasons.

Hello all! I have a small law firm with a virtual legal assistant based in Argentina. I would like her to start answering phone calls, forward them to myself or my paralegal, and return some calls. How would I set this up so she can answer the main phone line and how can she return calls to the US? Right now we use the auto-attendant. I would like that auto attendant to pick up if she is unable to answer the phone. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks! She is using the desktop app.
