Still Receving Calls when in a Zoom Meeting

Using the Windows client we are still receiving calls while in a Zoom meeting even though we have the "Hide incoming calls while in a Zoom meeting" box checked.  This is not limited to call queue calls.  What am I missing?

Call Quality Issues

We have had clarity issues with Zoom phone for over a year, has anyone come across the same thing and if so were you able to fix it somehow? We have tried many different things over the yr from trying calls on different Wifi's, different devices etc.... Show more

We have had clarity issues with Zoom phone for over a year, has anyone come across the same thing and if so were you able to fix it somehow? We have tried many different things over the yr from trying calls on different Wifi's, different devices etc. but it hasn't helped. There is a tiny bit of a lag too on many calls, its a split second but its enough for my sales team to not want to use it with clients. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Resolved! Connecting my Polycom VVX411

I have done a factory reset and added the phone to the devices on my Zoom app. But how do I get the actual phone synced up? Don't I need to sign in somewhere on it? Desperately need help PLEASE!!

2 Voicemail emails received

I seem to be receiving 2 emails for the same voicemail left. With 50 numbers in the call queue and each of them receiving 2 emails for every voicemail left, it can start clogging up the inbox. Does anyone know how to stop 2 emails coming through. I a... Show more

I seem to be receiving 2 emails for the same voicemail left.  

 

With 50 numbers in the call queue and each of them receiving 2 emails for every voicemail left, it can start clogging up the inbox.   

 

Does anyone know how to stop 2 emails coming through.  

 

I am thinking that maybe I have updated a setting for voicemails to be emailed in two different areas but I cannot find where.

We have a request from user, that he wanted to receive call only from office number range  and apart from this no external call should receive to user on zoom phone, do we have any policy which we can apply to allow the calls from specific number range??.

Zoom/Salesforce 'Automatically Call' feature not working

'Automatically Call feature has not been enabled for this account' error popping up when user tries to end a Zoom call via Salesforce. He can end the call in the Zoom app, but not via Zoom keypad in Salesforce.  Zoom 'Automatically Call' feature is enabled and confirmed by Zoom admin.  If the box is checked, why would the user still be receiving this error?
