So I got the email about our SMS may have issues if we don't create a campaign. I'm not sure how much of this is something Zoom can do.

 

I was trying to create the campaign and the whole thing, 100%, is based off of the 10DLC Compliance assumes everyone that uses an app to sms is a marketer or something that notifies.

 

Our company's employees just use the SMS feature to text volunteers so they don't have to use their personal number. It is really dumb that these will need to have the respond with "STOP" on all the messages?

Is their a way to fill out a campaign just for this type of SMS usage. We don't send anything automated out. Everything sent is from a human....it's like "Hey, I'm stopping by to pick up those signs."

Ring settings for delegate

How can we change the settings so that my phone only rings as a delegate after a certain number of seconds. Now all calls immediately ring simultaneously on the main line and my delegate line and we would like to change this so that calls first ring ... Show more

How can we change the settings so that my phone only rings as a delegate after a certain number of seconds. Now all calls immediately ring simultaneously on the main line and  my delegate line and we would like to change this so that calls first ring on the main line, and after a few seconds if the call is not answered, that it rings on the my delegate line. Thanks.

When on an audio conference call on the Windows desktop client, is there a way to split a conference call.  For example, if I am part of a 3 person audio conference, I would like the ability to split the conference call so that I am speaking with 1 party and have the 3rd party on hold.  Then, I would like to bring all 3 parties back into the same conference call.

When call monitoring, for ZOOM PHONE ONLY, is active in a call queue, does the agent or the caller have any indication that they are being monitored? More specifically; will the queue member see or hear anything that tells them they are being monitor... Show more

SMS error: "Message could not be sent"

After months of trouble-free phone and SMS service (primarily to say that I'm not a new user), this morning all of my text messages result in "Message could not be sent" errors:

Not sure if this is related to the 10DLC "campaign registry" issue, or just "something is broken", but the fact that I can't respond personally to anyone texting me is bad for business.

 

I am able to receive SMS, but not send to any number.  I've sent in a Support Ticket.

 

Anyone else experiencing this?

Feature

Does Zoom phone offer the feature where it announces to a caller their number in line. For example. "you are caller number 3 in queue."

New customer. Single line. I wanted to have all incoming calls ring on my phone and not go through the auto attendant. Finally figured out how to unassign the company number from the auto attendant to myself. In the process I have somehow caused my number to not be able to receive calls from the outside. If I call the number I get a message that call cannot be completed as dialed.
