Pese a que configure la app con grabación automatica esta nunca se grabó y perdí una importante entrevista de tesis. Existe alguna manera de recuperarla considerando que la configuración inicial siempre estuvo determinada por mi

This is more of a statement as I've been told by support that this is the way the system is designed. From the desktop app, there should be a way to monitor presence for a common area or a user, regardless if they are logged in via the desktop app or not. For instance, if a user is not logged into the app, but has a desk phone assigned to their user account, the app should still show that user as available if they are not on a call, instead of "offline" - it makes it difficult for sites that have employees that are used to a traditional phone system/dont have the need for the desktop app to still be monitored via presence.

We have receptionists that handle incoming calls, and then those calls are transferred to other different users within other departments, but the receptionists aren't able to see their status unless they are logged into the desktop app. Seems like a major issue, as this was a feature on our legacy system we migrated from.

I am currently setting up a zoom phone system to replace a home phone system.  I have 8 total handsets (grandstream wp825) and I have them scattered around the house.  I had to set up 3 common area with calling licenses and assign 3/3/2 due to device restraints.  I have set up the two lines under shared line groups and have added the 3 common areas to each shared line group.  I edited the line arrangement to show both line 1 and line 2 on the grandstream handsets.  All of the phones ring accordingly when each line is dialed but when the call is answered, none of the phones show line 1 or 2 as active on the handset screen.  I am trying to get it set up to where somebody can join a call from another handset.  I am trying to make the use as basic as possible to mimic the old dect phone system that’s being replaced.  What am I missing?

Our company is using the Zoom Phone CTI integration with Salesforce, and we've encountered a behavior that we'd like to optionally suppress.  When an incoming call is received, the Salesforce pane or record view automatically opens (screen pop behavior). Some of our users find this disruptive and would prefer to disable it Is there a supported way to disable or suppress the auto screen pop behavior on inbound calls?  Either globally, per user, or through a configuration flag?

thanks!

After the last two zoom updates on my iPhone SE, when there are more than six participants their images begin to pulsate. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom and working with Changing various settings which I found advice about on Google, but none of this has helped.
Does anyone have any other suggestions, please?

One of my users is reporting that his client is asking for permission to use his location every minute, continuously as long as the app is open. He is using the latest Windows 11 client and has phone configured, but no dedicated number assigned.

I have search around and the only two reasons for asking for the location are "Nomadic emergency services" (which is admin disabled at the organization) and "Certain phone settings", but I am struggling to find out what "Certain" means in this instance.

I cannot find any settings to change the frequency of checking for location, nor can I replicate the problem myself. It also does not seem to affect MacOS users

I have one line that rings to my phone.  I have an assistant who will need to call out from time-to-time, but will not need to use SMS or answer any calls.  Should I install the Zoom app on their phone and log in under my account?  Or set up an extension for them to use under their own login?  I don't want to pay for another user when they will be using the number/app so little.  Thanks!
