We have had requests for streaming music on hold. Our company provides streaming MOH for Asterisk, Avaya AAMS, CUCM, Engage, FreeSWITCH, Broadsoft and other platforms. Anybody know about streaming URL for Zoom Phone?

Zoom SMS not received sometimes

Hello.

I have been getting reports that some of my Zoom SMS messages are not received.   It's intermittent and I'm not sure if it's tied to specific mobile carriers or specific devices.

 

Anyone seen this issue and has a solution?

Shared Line Group Transfer Not Working

I am having two users (I have 4 total using Zoom Phone) who have difficulty transferring from User 1 to User 2.. They are in the same Shared Ling Group, have their time zones set but with working hours for the firm at 24/7, what else could be wrong? ... Show more

I am having two users (I have 4 total using Zoom Phone) who have difficulty transferring from User 1 to User 2.. They are in the same Shared Ling Group, have their time zones set but with working hours for the firm at 24/7, what else could be wrong? User 1 gets a "We're sorry, no one is available to take your call" message when trying to transfer to user 2. 

 

I checked for working hours, unchecked the "Hide incoming calls while in a Zoom meeting" option in the desktop app, I've compared settings for user 2 and they are the same as every other user. What could be causing that error message?

Hi, I purchased a Zoom Workplace Pro Plus account. I have assigned myself (the account owner) a user phone number, extension, and Zoom Workplace Pro Plus package, but when I log into my web app or desktop app, there is no Zoom Phone option. Instead, I get the message: "To use the Phone in Zoom Web App, contact your admin." I contacted Zoom support and they told me to enable "Zoom Phone on PWA", which I did but which didn't make any difference. 

 

I assigned a number to a single user (also using a Zoom Workplace Pro Plus account), and she has no problem accessing the Zoom phone feature.

 

Any suggestions?

We use Zoom phone and would like some sort of notification of any missed call.

 

Scenario:

Client makes an incoming call to our 'call queue' and rings for 30 seconds, but does not leave a voicemail.

 

Currently, we just look at the zoom desktop client at various times during the day but we'd really like to set up a notification.

 

Any ideas, creative or easier?!

Can I register my Zoom phone number to a Whatsapp account so that I can receive Whatsapp messages from my Zoom phone number?  Ideally, I would like to have the option of receiving regular text messages on the Zoom account as I would a regular phone text, and receive messages on my Zoom number through the Whatsapp account if the sender chooses to use the Whatsapp app.  Basically, I want my Zoom number to act like my cell phone number where I can pick and choose what app to use with that number.  (Sorry if this has been asked before!! I'm brand new to this site!)  😬

Hello, we are using a customer and proposal management software that allows for VOIP integration. I require some details though and because Zoom is not a traditional VOIP system, I can't seem to find them. I'm also not sure if Zoom can weven work with this. The software we are using requires a Server Address.
