Hello to all! I have zoom Pro account and I have recently signed off for $15/month phone service. I set up the phone and the phone number has been activated; however, I tried to make calls to external numbers I got this message from the system "Sorry the requested service is not available in your calling plan". What does that mean? Does that mean I cannot make calls to outside numbers? Can someone, please help? Thank you!

Hi everyone, Can someone share an example for provisioning template for Poly VVX series? I'm just curious of what is it that one would normally want to set via a template in the most general case, nothing like the other posts for custom ring tones or anything like that. I'm wanting to do a daily check in via satellite phone with someone in Antarctica. He has no wifi - it will be phone-in only. Will it work? And which country number do I have him call into?
Where do I find the list of dial in numbers for the US for the Basic Plan?
Hopefully someone can help! I'm making calls with Zoom and my headset, and people continue to tell me that I'm breaking up very badly. I can hear them just fine. Another related issue is when I'm making calls with zoom on the computer, rings sound muffled or not at all. When someone picks up, then I can hear them. I also don't hear a beep when calling someone's voicemail. It's just silence, and I have to assume that the beep already happened. I bought a new computer(Asus vivobook I9 if that matters). I downloaded zoom, and have been making calls with Zoom and my Jabra evolve 2 75 headset. The headset is connected to the computer via usb c dongle. I've used the same headset with my previous computer without issue. I don't think the headset is the issue, as I've made calls using Zoom on my phone with the headset, and no issues. I've tried using my headset with my old computer, and no issues. Is there a setting in Zoom or my computer that I'm missing? I'm tired of hearing that people can't hear me. Please help!

I have a basic phone system for my office. I use Audiocodes MP-202 as my ATA. Will this model work and be supported by Zoom if I sign up for Zoom Phone service?
I have a user that has two separate direct dial numbers. Is it possible to have different ringtones depending on what number the outside caller uses?
We have yealink set up at our receptionist desk with the expansion module attached. We have all extensions all set up and they have been working great! Our phones are T43U's. My question is how can we see if when someone is on the line when we try to transfer to their extension? (so have the line lit up when that extension is in use)

We recently added Zoom Phone to our account. Searching for a name this morning in the desktop client (I was searching for specific Team Chat message that mentioned a person's name), I noticed that thousands of contacts from Google Contacts are now showing as Cloud Contacts in Zoom. It's possible these were there before adding Zoom Phone, but I don't ever recall seeing them before.
How do I manage this connection? I do not want my Google Contacts to be in Zoom.
