I just signed up for a zoom phone basic package for$15/month. I received an email that  my phone number has been activated; however, I tried to make calls to external numbers I got this message from the system "Sorry the requested service is not available in your calling plan".  I am not sure how to set it up. I want to use my mobile phone number. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Resolved! Yearlink T43U warning message false positive

All our Yearlink T43U phones have today just suddenly started displaying a warning message, indicating that the "User default pwd is in use". All these phones were provisioned 3 months with a non-default password. I've tested the default admin passwo... Show more

All our Yearlink T43U phones have today just suddenly started displaying a warning message, indicating that the "User default pwd is in use".

 

All these phones were provisioned 3 months with a non-default password.

 

I've tested the default admin password on these phones and it doesn't work, as it should.

 

Tested the non-default admin password, and that works.

 

Not sure what set these warning messages off.

 

They all have the latest firmware version: 108.86.3.1

We have recently signed up to Zoom Phone, we have a main and account and a sub account listed under that. Whilst I understand the positives, there will be a need to make sure that users from the main account can see the sub account to chat and call. Also I wondered if there was the possibility of being able to have calls forward from Main to Sub?

 

I've tried linking the main to sub via the linking organisations piece but it gives an error of organisation doesn't exist. 

 

Does an organisation not get automatically created when the Main account is created?

I am running into a problem where I am getting vm transcripts sent to my email but I am not able to listen to them. As in they are not showing up in the App to listen to. I am going to the voicemail tab, refreshing, and restarting my app. It also will show that there is a voicemail to listen to in the app notification but it will again not show the vm itself to listen to. Any suggestions?

Hello, 

 

I have a colleague who has been placing calls with not issues. However, when they call this one client they get "Please try again later" each and every time. The colleague has used their cell phone (not Zoom issued number) to call the client with no issues. The Zoom number is not a ported number it was issued straight from Zoom. Has anyone had this happen? If so how did you address this issue?

Hello- is there a way to automatically send incoming calls to voicemail when on a call?  My phone keeps ringing while on a call and it interrupts the conversation.  I know that I can manually choose "do not disturb", but was wondering if there is an additional setting that can set this up automatically.  Thank you

I would like to press play once and hear all phone lines I’m monitoring.  I don’t want to have to click something for every single phone dial.  This will help the coaching and training process to take effect more quickly as we monitor team lines and conversations.  

Let’s call it LineStream.  
The review of Monitored lines can happen in these modes:
1. Focus - it hears all calls of just one selected line.  
2. Cacophony - it hears all calls of all lines at the same time.
3. Random - goes one line to the next line after the call ends
4. Sequence - stays on line rep for <5> (<dials> or <minutes>) then goes to the next line.

This add-on could also review Recorded lines of a selected date or date range:
1. Album - play all files of specific line on selected date
2. Playlist - play all files of selected lines in chronological order
3. Long Play - just play recordings over <1 minute> (to capture conversations vs voicemails)
4. Hangman - only play conversations of selected lines where the recipient disconnected the call

Resolved! How do I disable delegates getting email notifications that they have been added as a delegate

I am an admin and we have switched to zoom.  We have over 200+ people who will be delegates for others.  How can I prevent the users having to get an email and having to accept being a delegate and just add the people to their phone?  Thanks.
