SMS Campaign Brand Pending

Hello,

I registered my LLC two months ago today and submitted my 10DLC brand the same day and it's still pending. How do I get this looked at/who do I have to talk to?

Thanks!

I am on the Zoom Phone Pro Global Select Unlimited plan (with an assigned international number for South Africa).

Does anyone know if this allows me to make unlimited calls to SA ? Or will the cost of calls be on top of the monthly plan costs ?

Alternatively, what is the most cost effective plan to call SA ?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks

We are looking for a way to have a phone automatically dial an extension when the handset is picked up.

The use case:

A waiting room in a medical facility. We want to install a phone in the waiting area so that when someone picks up the handset, it will automatically dial the nurses' station.

Hi we have a main phone auto receptionist that will direct dial some call queues, but for others, we want to leave a dialback option, so that when a user makes a selection, if they change their mind they can return to the main menu and make a different selection.

The only way I'm finding to make this happen is by setting up a secondary auto receptionist for those lines (I would love is there was a better solution at this level). In doing that we have a scenario that runs somewhat like this:
Main IVR: Customer selects 3
Secondary IVR, "You have reach team 3 who handle the following types of calls (e.g). Please stay on the line while we connect you or press 1 to return to the main menu or 0 to leave a voicemail."
Auto IVR message (that we would like to remove) "if you know the extension of the person you are trying to reach please dial it now or press zero to return to the operator...please wait while we connect your call."

This IVR message is confusing customers, many don't realize that the line is actually being connected (because the IVR message really makes it sound like it likely isn't) so they dial zero, which we actually have pointed to VM, and then they hang up, call back in and tell us our system isn't working. Obviously we could change the zero dialing setup, but the fundamental problem is the errant IVR message.

Having the dialback option is important to us. Is there a better way to do this, or a way we can turn off the IVR automated message so it isn't misdirecting our customers?

[Feature Request] Bilingual Text-to-Speech Support for Voicemail and Auto Receptionist in Canada

We are a bilingual organization (French/English) based in Canada. When configuring voicemail greetings and auto-receptionist messages in Zoom Phone, we are currently required to create audio files manually because the text-to-speech (TTS) tool only allows us to choose one language/voice at a time.

Our need: We would like an option to concatenate or alternate French and English within a single text-to-speech greeting, ideally with:

The ability to select different voices or languages within the same audio message (e.g., first section in Canadian French, second section in Canadian English);
An interface optimized for bilingual organizations, where we could easily create professional, seamless dual-language greetings;
Compliance with accessibility and official language standards in Canada.
Currently, combining both languages requires us to make external audio recordings, which is time-consuming and less flexible for updates.

This improvement would greatly benefit all bilingual Canadian organizations and any other users needing to serve clients in more than one language.

Thank you for considering this request!

Conference Calling for Escalations

Hello,

We are looking to setup an escalations support line for our customers. Is it possible to give out a phone number that would be a conference call where multiple support agents could then answer and join in?

Thanks!

Hi everyone,

I would appreciate your input on this issue.

We use Yealink T58W phones; these phones are constantly rebooting for firmware updates.

When the firmware reaches 40% the phone reboots and does the same thing again & again, not stopping.

Reached both yealink and zoom.

They are not able to find the resolution yet.

Is anyone experiencing the same issue?

Also, on the Yealink phone, the admin/admin credentials aren't working for me.

Did a factory reset as well.

Best Regards,

Manoj

Resolved! Add Contacts with Zoom Presence on Yealink Phones

Hello,

We are getting setup with Zoom Phone and we have a few Yealink desk phones. Does anyone know how to add contacts from within our organization who use Zoom, so I can have them on my phone with their Zoom presence?

Thanks

When I receive an SMS on Zoom phone, get Zoom to send me an email

When I get an SMS or a voicemail on my Zoom workplace phone account, I want the system to send me an email alert. I'm used to Google Voice doing this, but just switched to Zoom phone.

Please tell me there's a way?

Thanks!

It would be really nice if we were able to choose where a phone call notification popped up on our screen. Currently, there is only one option: a giant white pop up in the middle of your screen while you're trying to do your job. I'm an administrative assistant and I watch several different phone lines, but I don't always have to answer them.

Jabber has a very unintrusive phone call notification pop up in the lower right hand corner of the screen right above the system tray. This option needs to be added for Zoom.

Apologies for not knowing what all the official technology terms are, I am not a tech person.
