We have users that have access to other users' voicemails. However with enough access, users are reporting that they get way too many audio notifications in the Zoom client. is there any way to turn off the audio notifications when someone else gets a voicemail (that they have access to)? I hope that makes sense. Thanks.

Desktop Phone Application Unable to Answer Calls

My desktop app allows me make outgoing calls, however, if I try to answer on the desktop, it disconnects. My mobile device doesn't have this issue.

I am having problems with the firmware upload for a HT801. When trying to upload firmware I receive a message that Device already has another provision running!

On the status page I also see:

Provision:  Running, Status : Downloading file from "url".

 

Any ideas?

The unit has already been upgraded to GEN 2.

The SMS feature disappeared for me

I had the sms feature and I am an admin for my company, and it's enabled for me and my phone number is part of our sms campaign. However, it just randomly disappeared for me. I can't find it either on the app on 2 of my laptops or my phone. Everyone else says they have sms and there are no issues 

 

wondering what happened and how to resolve?

We have reviewed the firewall settings recommended by Zoom and don't see any issues.

We're using Yealink T54W phones. Device firmware is 96.86.3.12.

If the phone shows as offline (both on the display and in the Zoom Phone admin console), when you re-provision it through the on-screen settings, it comes back online.

Sometimes the phone will remain for hours online, then go offline.

Can you download voicemails or call recordings to a number in bulk?

I want people to be able to leave a msg or have the call auto recorded, then be able to download all the saved audio files from that phone number in bulk. Is this able to be done?

I cannot make a call from Zoom Phone despite having the US/CA Metered Calling Plan and an active user status. I keep receiving the message 'Sorry, we cannot complete your call; your service plan does not support calling to this destination,' even though I've been calling numbers within the US only.

DST with existing Auto receptionist vs calls going to Country without DST
