Hi all,

I'm after software that would ideally do the following:

 

- Phone user picks up a call (probably via a desk phone)

- User is also logged in to Zoom on their PC, software launches with details of the incoming call (time and caller ID info) 

- Receptionist enters a note/message with the option of sending it to the appropriate user via email or software popup etc.

 

Any ideas on how best to implement something like this in a small office?

Request for SMS Option to Prohibit Incoming Texts

Currently, there is no option to turn off the ability to receive SMS messages. We would like to be able to send text messages, but not receive them. There is already a simple option to turn off incoming Voice calls but not one for SMS. 

remove the main company phone line

How do I remove the main company phone line?  I just want it to direct dial the number I have...  All of the support walk through tools keep telling me I have to do it during setup... It's already setup...

Hi,

I have two Poly Edge models:

E100 and B20.

I want to configure them to automatically call a specified number when they go off-hook. I successfully set this up on the E100 using the following insert command in the configuration file through the GUI interface on the phone: https://ip address of the phone/

call.autoOffHook.1.enabled="1"
call.autoOffHook.1.contact="8800"
call.autoOffHook.1.protocol="SIP"
```

When the phone goes off-hook, it automatically calls 8800 on my line 1 registered.

I need help to do the same thing on the Poly Edge B20, but I can't find the configuration file on this model even though I have access to the GUI interface.

I am needing some clarification (hopefully from a Zoom employee) here.  I have a Common Area named "Break Room" and I am wanting to be able to assign that single Common Area on up to three different Poly CCX 505 phones.  Is this somehow doable perhaps with a back end engineering change/request?  When I try to assign the Break Room Common Area to more than one Poly CCX 505 currently, I receive the message of "This common area phone license is currently in use, continuing will log out the other device from the account."  So, any feedback here would be immensely appreciated.
