Hello! I have been using my Zoom phone to send SMS since October 2021. Starting on 2/28, I have not been able to send texts. I am not receiving any error messages, but when I text my personal phone, a friend, etc, the texts are not being received. I can still receive texts to the Zoom number and make calls. I can also text other Zoom numbers in the company and those do go through. Any advice on how to fix this? Thanks!

I have a user who I have added the SMS feature on their profile. We add the SMS feature by user and I have added their number to an existing campaign. I am able to send the user an SMS message without it being rejected. The tab is still not appearing on Zoom phone. The user has checked for updates and signed in/out of Zoom and still nothing. I added another user recently following the same process and did not experience any issues. Any ideas on where else to check? Does it make a difference if the user has a basic license vs being fully licensed?

I'm trying to find info on permissions to dial a certain extension. I don't seem to find any info on the knowledge base. We've created an InformaCast device under Phone System Management to access InformaCast's DialCast feature that allows to send an All Call to all (or certain) speakers. We only want school office admins to be able to dial that particular phone extension. I can't seem to find info on how to create those permissions.

I am logged into my Zoom account on my phone. I have notifications turned on and my phone volume was turned on. My zoom sound started going off as if a call was coming in but there was no call coming in on the app, the phone, or anything like that. I've checked on my computer and there was no missed calls either. I even checked my activity log and there was nothing there. What is going on - why is my Zoom haunted?!

I'm setting up my Auto Receptionist, and I want the Auto Receptionist to gather the caller's phone number and send an SMS message with a direct link to the scheduling page on my website. Something like this: Press 1 if you want us to text you a direct link to the scheduling page on our website. Is this possible? If it is, how do I gather the phone number?

Hello- I recently switched to Zoom phone but im having issues sending SMS (text messages). I am using the desktop app and the SMS tab is saying that im unable to send texts because a direct phone number has not been assigned. The SMS feature has been enabled in my settings; however this feature is still not available. Thank you Ruben

After our plan was activated we still cant make any calls. Error says "Sorry the requested service is not available in your calling plan". Regardless our plan is Zoom Phone US/Canada Unlimited Calling we still can't call to any US/CA numbers.
