I'm a single-person business using Zoom for meetings and for my phone. Zoom is linked to Outlook, so it knows when there's something on my calendar whether it's a Zoom meeting/phone call or not. 

The problem is that Zoom won't ring my phone when it sees any event on my calendar. Since I have to block off time on my calendar to get work done for my clients, it's now not letting the phone ring for large chunks of the day. Where can I find the correct setting to turn this off, so that the phone always rings unless I'm specifically in a Zoom meeting?

I have a call booking system set up, people can book calls every Tuesday and Thursday. However, is there something I can do to disallow people booking on the same day? Sometimes we don't have enough time to setup and prepare for a call, I'd like people to book a couple days in advance. 

I have a couple users with Android phones that when they are on a call on their cell phone and receive a call on their zoom app it will ring through the earpiece and they cannot continue their native call until the zoom call is disconnected.  Any help would be appreciated.

Does anybody know if there is a way to set a spend cap for overages on Zoom Phone?

For example we have unlimited local calls, but international calls are chargeable. This is fine, but I'd like to know users couldn't inadvertently rack up an enormous bill.

How do I get the details of the monthly charges on my invoice?  I'm wondering why it's going up each month.  The invoice does not show.  I can't find an article to help.   It's a loop of the same articles that don't answer the question.  The Chat did not help.   Can't I email someone or speak to someone live?  I need an answer sooner than later.

Hi, I'm trying to get actual help because the only support apparently available to me is the chatbot, and this community.

We have Basic Zoom licences but we are paying for Zoom Webinar and Zoom Phones. I've invited a new user to be able to use Zoom Phone, but the invite email never arrives. I've pressed the resend email multiple times, and the user is stuck in Pending. I've deleted the invite, re-added the user and the invite never arrives. So now we are paying for a Zoom Phone licence for a user who can't even get into Zoom.

I've seen similar threads where the solution is to contact support. I'm not sure why support needs to get involved -Does resend invite not actually re-send?

How do we submit a ticket or contact support?
