I'm trying to configure the auto receptionist to allow dial by extension. https://community.zoom.com/t5/Phone-System/IVR-Dial-Users-Extension/m-p/116943 the zoom employee in this thread states that this should be the default while playing the auto receptionist greeting. However, dialing any extension doesn't seem to do anything and it ends up going to the designated route after the greeting. All users have US/CA Unlimited licensing.

Our company has already set up our Brand when we started with Zoom. We received notice about the Branding by 5/31/24. Do we have to start a new Branding?
We just finished installing the Zoom integration for Dynamics 365. It looks to have a lot of features we like! But some we don't. Is there any way to change some of the settings within the integration? For example, our phones ring to multiple people at the same time. While ringing to those people, it redirects everyone's Dynamics 365 to the contact page of the person calling, even if they don't answer the call. That interrupts anyone who didn't answer the call. Could we change a setting so it doesn't redirect anyone's Dynamic webpage? Please let me know if you need any additional information. Thanks!

Apologies, but I've looked through the power pack articles regarding this and haven't been able to find this answer. In the Call Queue Member Historical Report there is a column marked 'Total Inbound Calls'. In my case every member of this call queue has a wildly different number there. I guess I'm not sure why this number would be different as all are in the same call queue. These are not extensions that anyone dials directly. Any clarification would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'm not sure if this is the right "location". With the Android App, you are able to long-press the icon to see three quick select options: "Start my personal meeting", "Join the next meeting", "View today's meetings". How can these long-press options be changed to what I use the most? I use the app for phone calls and I would like a long-press option to go directly to the phone and show the keypad or pull up contact or history. Can this be done?

Not sure where to ask this, but: The Contacts tab in the Zoom app looks/works notably differently for me and my coworker. We both have Zoom Workplace, by the way. On my Contacts tab, the folders on the left are dropdown lists; if I click a folder it drops down a list of all the contacts in the folder, and if I click a name it populates the profile information in the center of the screen. However, on my coworker's Contacts tab, the folders on the left are selectable, instead of being dropdown lists, and if you click on a folder the center of the screen populates with a multi-column list of all the contacts in that folder. Clicking on a contact there then shows the profile information. I can't find any indication anywhere of how to switch between these two views. Where can I find that option?

I left a voicemail message using Zoom phone to another Zoom phone user. I did not press a number on the dial pad after recording the message, I just hung up the call. The person I called told me afterward that the voicemail message was "...45 seconds of nothing". Do I need to 'press a number on the number pad' after recording a voicemail?

I want to purchase the Zoom Phone Unlimited US & Canada option. However, when I proceed to the checkout, the verification section asks for a phone number to verify. Unfortunately, my country, Bangladesh, is not listed in the dropdown menu. Strangely, Afghanistan is included, but not Bangladesh. Due to this, I am unable to complete the verification process and finalize my purchase.
I have attached a screenshot for your reference. Please take a look and let me know how I can resolve this issue.
