I have purchased the phone unlimited system, but everytime I go into my account it just says that I have basic. I am unable to make calls, or see the phone option in the web app, I am able to call the number and have set up the voicemail, but I am unable to access any voice mails. Does anyone know what I may be doing wrong? Does

I've read through the approved hardware list and am still confused. The Cisco video capable phones all appear to require a firmware update that will ultimately disable wifi functions and the Yealink video phones all seem to have Note B which states that the SIP function will not work. Please Help! Looking for easiest possible setup!

We're currently experiencing an issue with our call queue setup on Zoom. We have it set to simultaneous ring, and it calls the agents for 30 seconds. However, after the initial ring, it doesn't call the agents again, and the customer remains in the call queue indefinitely. Is there a way to configure the call queue so that it continually calls the extensions until someone answers? Any guidance or tips would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Our office uses Poly Edge E350 phones, and I'd like to know if it is possible to set a distinct ring tone for a call queue. I can deal with the web interface on the phone if that's what it takes.

I have a pro account for our non profit organization meetings that last from two to three hours. I've always recorded to the cloud. Today I got an email saying that I could only record for 90 minutes. Is this true. Tthe chat helper will not answer my questions.

I have a call queue and a few members added have set their "Receive Queue Calls" status to off. Is there anyway to manage this from an admin or prevent users from having that option?
Using Auto Receptionist IVR to Forward to Phone Number. It takes sooo long to transfer the call. There is dead silence. Is there any way to fix this issue? Or any workarounds to alleviate the pain?
Hey, whenever a zoom call starts,, my microphone is working for 5 sec. After that it stops working, then i change the microphone to the other. And the other person is able to listen for 2-3 sec. Then i have to swap it again from the sec. I always keep swapping to make it work. I am frustrated. I started using google meet. Is there any solution to that problem?
