I can start a meeting using Screen Share from my iPhone, but cannot see the attendees. 

We have been using Zoom for a few years, and I am tired of all the changes they constantly make to their system.  I have been using a data dump to SQL to manipulate call data that is accurately reflecting our users phone usage. My questions for the community are as follows:Are there any built in options for good call reporting when using call queues?  Like who answered/how many calls are being answered by certain people etc. Does anyone have any suggestions for a tool that works well to pull data from Zoom and manipulate it into a good report for our leadership team?  Data would include phone logs, meetings usage, chat usage, etc. basically anything that is happening in Zoom so I can get a general understanding of how our users are performing with the system Any suggestions for data warehouses that others might be using would be very appreciated.  New to the data side of things, just looking for a simple solution so we are not constantly building reports from scratch through SQL.

I am configuring my Power Automate to send messages, but it doesn't recognize the number to which the messages should be sent. I get the following message: "SMS for the number does not belong to the current user," but my number is authorized to receive and send messages to my clients, and the campaign is authorized. I have recently purchased the Zoom phone and got it activated. I also added a user under me who will primarily use it. But every time he tries to call, the call hangs up on its own. I don't know if I activated it wrong or something, but i need to get it fixed. Help anyone?

I just bought a new Samsung phone. I cannot connect to my car's Bluetooth audio through the Zoom app at all. It is very frustrating. I cannot find an audio setting in either the app or website that helps. My Bluetooth audio is working perfectly for evey other app.

Everything is hidden behind AI and automated systems, and when you finally manage to log a case, getting someone to take ownership and follow through to resolution seems nearly impossible.Ironically, we chose to migrate to Zoom Phone because we had an excellent account manager who gave us confidence in the platform. How can we enable the outbound call to these countries:Cook Islands, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, VanuatuScope: Apply to our multiple Zoom Phone site. We are currently unable to create a support ticket through the Zoom Support Portal, whereas this option was available previously. We have also attempted to seek assistance via the Zoom Virtual Assistant and phone support, but both channels appear to be AI-based and have not been able to resolve our issue.Could you please advise on how we can raise a support case or connect with a support representative? 

We have successfully tested and begun deploying Default Holiday Groups to centralize holiday handling for our Auto Receptionists. Overall, the feature has worked very well and has significantly simplified our holiday administration.We have one remaining scenario that we haven't been able to solve.One of our Auto Receptionists includes IVR options that forward callers to external phone numbers (one local number and one toll-free number).When configuring the IVR within the Default Holiday Group, the Phone Number action is disabled with the following message:"The current extension has no number and cannot be used to forward to phone number."The Auto Receptionist assigned as the Holiday Group target does have an assigned DID and calling plan.We have confirmed that:The Holiday Group is correctly assigned to the target Auto Receptionist. Need to request a Zoom phone feature option to hide incoming CID information for our compliance telephone line “whistle-blower” voice mailbox.  We were able to manage this information using our previous VoIP product and carrier, indirectly, by call-forwarding our compliance DID telephone number to a wireless cell TN that was call-forwarded to a different VoIP DID, where the originating CID was not passed through, but the forwarding wireless TN instead - a loop workaround.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S10. When a call comes in or I manke an outgoing call using the Zoom app, the call is automatically connected to my watch. Each time, as soon as the call engages, I have to push the bluetooth button and toggle to handset. This does not happen ever if I am just using my phone in a non-Zoom capacity.I've looked and searched. How can I adjust the bluetooth settings? thanks,

Hi All,I'm unable to add more than five wallboards, even with the Power Pack license on Zoom.Is there a way to increase this limit or unlock the ability to add more than five wallboards?  

We have approximately 6–10 public-facing Auto Receptionists (ARs). Each has unique business hours, closed hours, and holiday IVR logic.  I'm evaluating whether Default Holiday Groups are the best long-term way to manage holiday call handling. Since each AR has unique holiday behavior, my thought is to create one Holiday Group per AR (or per unique holiday call flow).My understanding of the workflow is:Create a Holiday Group. Add the applicable holidays to the group. Add the target Auto Receptionist to the group. Configure the Holiday Group's call handling (greeting/IVR).Then, in future years, the only maintenance would be adding new holidays to the Holiday Group rather than recreating holiday call handling for each holiday.Is that the intended design?My biggest point of confusion is what actually causes the Holiday Group's holiday call handling to override the Auto Receptionist's own holiday settings. The Voicemail tab has the ability to mark messages as "unread" but the SMS tab does not. Often I get an SMS and need to check it to see if it's an emergency...and if not I want to mark it as Unread so I remember to check it again later. Seems like a pretty standard feature...and hopefully easy to implement. Can this be added? Also hoping to get some thumbs-up here to help Zoom realize this is of value. Thanks!

Hi all, Manually adding members to a Call Queue's Voicemail Access Member list one at a time is very tedious and time consuming. Please can we have an option to automatically add all Call Queue Members into the Voicemail Access Member list? Or, at least let us add more than one user at a time and not have to click each little tick box for the permission we want to give them? Many thanks,D

Hello, I am looking to see if anyone measures FCR and if you do how have you manipulated the reports to do so?

We use Poly Edge e350 phones (current firmware 8.5.0.1491) as our primary device for Zoom Phone.  We have noticed that if we answer a call on our Poly Edge e350 and then use the “Switch” feature to move that call to either a headset on a Zoom Workplace PC or a mobile device, then microphone audio is muted.  You can still hear the person on the other end, but they can no longer hear you.  We have a ticket open with Zoom on this, but they haven’t made much progress.  I’m wondering if anyone else using Poly Edge e350 devices (or other Poly Edge models) is experiencing this issue or can replicate it?  We think the problem has existed for several months, but no one reported it because it felt like a one-off issue.  But once we started investigating and figured out the parameters, we can reproduce the issue 100% of the time.

Hello, I only use my Zoom account for Zoom phone (Zoom phone unlimited calls account), and would like to stop paying the monthly fee for Zoom workplace pro. Can I delete my Zoom Workplace Pro plan (go to basic/free) but still retain my Zoom phone unlimited calling plan? or must I retain the workplace pro plan to in order to access Zoom phone? If the former, how do I cancel my zoom workplace pro subscription? I have tried but the usual methods aren’t an option I am seeing. Thank you

Our team uses shared call queues and voicemail queues in Zoom Phone, and we're curious how other organizations handle tracking voicemail ownership and callback activity.Ideally, we'd like the ability for a queue member to:Mark a voicemail as completed/resolved after returning a call. Add wrap-up notes or call outcomes that are visible to all queue members. Provide visibility into who handled the voicemail to avoid duplicate callbacks.We've tried using tasks and team chat as workarounds. While they help, they require additional manual steps and don't provide a centralized view for everyone in the queue. Task visibility can also be limited depending on who is involved.Has anyone found a more efficient workflow for managing this in Zoom Phone? If these capabilities aren't currently available, we'd love to see them considered as future enhancements to improve collaboration and queue management.

Our community has a couple of elderly members who do not have computers and struggle to connect using the telephone connection method. We added Zoom Phone to our plan hoping that, after we had started our Zoom call with other members of the community, we could simply call our two elderly members. We discovered that when they connected nobody else in the Zoom room could hear them. I tried to understand some of the ways to merge the call, but it seems like it is only if everyone is on the phone. Is there a way to use both Zoom Phone and the Zoom Room at the same time?

Hi,We are a startup for a fitness tech and most of the times, our leads share their number with us in the chat and wants us to call them back (the first call). Earlier, we were using QUO VOIP number where we were unable to make the first call since QUO had the policy of restricted outbound calls and it was embarassing for us to not being able to call them back because when we did call them, our number got blocked away withoout any prior notice. I was just wondering if we can use Zoom Phone for this requirement of our business without such restrictions?
