Hi,

I have not easily found the answer to this on the Zoom website, and I did speak with a sales rep on the phone this afternoon, but what she told me doesn't seem to match up with what I'm seeing on the official Zoom site.

I want a package with VOIP and meetings, with a signed BAA for HIPAA compliance. The rep told me that I can do this. However, there is no option for the BAA when checking out online (one of the reasons for my skepticism). Is there a way to combine these two? Perhaps I'm missing something very obvious on the site.

Grandstream 42XX Series Making Ghost Calls

I have 16 total Grandstream gateways in our environment.  Many of the ports on these gateways initiate outbound "ghost" calls dialing +11, +12, +122, and so many other combinations but never a complete number.  My company manages retirement communities and we manage about 25% of our resident phones through the Grandstream gateways.  I opened a ticket with Grandstream, but they keep giving me solutions to INBOUND "ghost" calls, which I do not have an issue.  Has anyone seen this in their environment?

Help, we are frustrated.  Our users have access to listen to the recordings that they manually initiate on outbound calls, but cannot listen to the inbound calls that the answers and are automatically recorded.  Their individual settings give them permission to listen to recordings and there is no place to specificy inbound, outbound, both.  Is there another setting someplace?

Currently, if a call is transferred to a queue, the queue users see only the caller ID of the person transferring the call, not the original caller's number. It makes it difficult when queue users need to go back and reference a caller's number. Is there a way to change this?

We recently installed multiple MP1288s in our environment.  We have a large number of Cortelco 255400VBA-20M phones spread throughout our campus.  Currently we are experiencing an issue where the phones do not ring loud enough to be heard.  The sound is a muffled clicking.  I have found that when you slide the volume adjuster to the halfway point on the phones, they can be heard but not loud enough for most areas.  I am currently troubleshooting this issue with an Audiocodes tech, but still have not figured out a way to get the volume of the bell loud enough.  Has anyone ever come across this problem?  

I have checked the firmware.  We have attempted to change the Trapezoid Ring Parameter, to no avail.  Any help would be appreciated.

Dropped Calls

We initially started experiencing calls that would not route to our support phone.
Calls began to route properly the dropped and disconnected midway.

We're currently migrate on Zoom phone and one of big restriction we've identified is the video support of 2N intercom directly with the zoom application without a video-capable IP phones.
Indeed, our user are using the video to identified the person at the door to open it directly from their desk (via dtmf code). On our previous phone solution, video worked directly on the softphone and deskphone.
We can use 2N specific app on workstation but it's a big challenge with the number of intercoms and contacts.

So, we are requesting that Zoom support 2N intercom video with Zoom desktop / mobile

Asking to resubscribe the phone numbers

I was using zoom phone plan.
But I forgot to pay the invoice until due date so my plan is ended now.
I want to resubscribe again and use the numbers I was using previously again.
How should I do?

Make Zoom Internal Extension Private for VIP Staff

We have a few VIP staff members that have all of their calls screened by their Administrative assistants. We have hidden the VIP staff from the directory, and have a queue setup with their name so the their admin assistants can take them. The problem... Show more

We have a few VIP staff members that have all of their calls screened by their Administrative assistants. We have hidden the VIP staff from the directory, and have a queue setup with their name so the their admin assistants can take them. 

The problem is that when a VIP makes a call to a staff member, their extension shows on the receiving end. This has caused their extension to be leaked and they are now receiving calls directly. Their phones should always, always, always go to the Admin assistants first. Their phone should not ring except for a incoming intercom.

In our previous on-prem solution, we could make the outbound caller ID show as private without their extension number showing. 

We need a solution that will anonymize their internal extension number.
