Zoom phone not working after number activation

After our plan was activated we still cant make any calls. Error says "Sorry the requested service is not available in your calling plan". Regardless our plan is Zoom Phone US/Canada Unlimited Calling we still can't call to any US/CA numbers.

Please make sure the line keys and position of desk phone is updated with the correct caller ID to call out.
