How do you change the voice prompt in auto receptionist if the caller enters an invalid extension number?

ho j-ulap,

 

If caller enters no action after the prompt played: Set the number of times (1 to 3) the IVR prompt plays for callers that don’t press an IVR menu option or press an invalid option. After the set number of prompts, the caller is routed based on routing setting.

The routing selections include “Play a message, then disconnect.

If you choose routing message “Play a message, then disconnect”, you get to change or edit the Greeting Message.  after you edit the message, click "Confirm".

Thank you, Eliot. I was trying to change the voice prompt on the first and second attempt of entering an extension to connect. 

 

Looking forward for the steps on how to do this.
