@103 As stated in the error message, the SIP/H.323 device is trying to join a Zoom meeting where the host does not have a CRC license.

 

If your account does have a CRC license, you may utilize the license to join the meeting. Please refer to this Support Article on how to join from SIP/H.323 device with the attendee's CRC license https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360022698332-Using-the-attendee-s-CRC-license
