Contacts requests are not seeing my inviations so I cannot add anyone to my contact list.

Invitations that I make to individuals are not being received, so I cannot add anyone to my contact list.  I am the owner of the account and I have no admin, and I am running zoom on Mac IOS.  Can anyone tell why I cannot send  invites?

    Hi,

Are you talking about invitations that are sent in the Zoom app > Contacts > Invite a Zoom Contact? Those are sent from an Email address that just says Zoom (noreply at zoom.us). Perhaps your potential contacts are ignoring them.

You can also link in contacts from a Google, MS Exchange or MS Office 365 account. That is set up on the Zoom web portal under your Profile at https://us06web.zoom.us/profile

They will show in the Zoom app under the Cloud Contacts group. Instructions can be found here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360000488243-Setting-up-calendar-and-contacts-integration

There is also relatively new Personal Contacts feature, that lets you import a Comma Separated Values (CSV) file, on the Zoom web portal at https://us06web.zoom.us/user/personalContact#/

These will appear in the Zoom app under the Personal Contacts group. Instructions can be found here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4407518396557

    I hope that helps!

Thanks, Craig, that clarifies  a lot, I will work through your suggestions and see which one works.

Hi FORE-Craig I have had some improvement, and a few contacts did not recognize the noreplyzoom address.  I tried to reload my contacts using the CSV option, but it would not accept the file, so I went back to manual entries.  I am checking with contacts individually.

The CSV option is a little tricky. It's best to download the sample template (Control-click > Download linked file) from that page and then fill it in. See attached image. When you upload though be aware that it REPLACE THE WHOLE LIST of what you may have previously uploaded. So, keep the file, and just modify changes to contact info and append new contacts, delete contacts that you no longer want.

    I hope that helps!
