Does anyone know how to use Zapier to move Zoom SMS message strings to a CRM? The CRM I use is already linked to Zapier (Wealthbox) and for the moment I am using MyRepChat service to do this, but seems silly if I can just bypass MyRepChat and use a Zap to port SMS messages from Zoom right into my CRM.

I need help with this too. My salesperson told me when we signed up with Zoom phone that Zoom Integration team would be able to help me with this. Zoom integration told me it is not their job to do this for me. Zoom support has been frustrating. I like Zoom phone, but the supports ranks at the bottom of any support I have dealt with.

Looks like many of us are having this same issue. My salesperson for Zoom Phone told me that the integration team would help me with this when I switched to Zoom phone. The integration team told me it was not their job to help me with this and told me to take it up with the salesperson's manager. Zoom support has been horrible. I do like their product.
