can we setup a toll free (1800....) phone number for our business that will forward to our actual business phone number?
we have zoom phone numbers

Yes you can. If you already have a toll free number, you can port it over to Zoom or, Zoom can also provide you with one. It's quite simple to tie a toll number to a local number in Zoom.
