prevent a guest to go total when speaking

Hi , how can I prevent a guest to show as total the he or she speaks. I need that my guests remain In the small image on the right. But now when someone speaks up his image turns into total.  Is it possible to avoid this?

There are numerous templates that control video images in Zoom. But it is not clear exactly what you are asking the software to do when you say "remain in the small image on the right". Screenshots would be helpful to see what you are seeing.

Click View. Make sure you are set to Gallery, not to Speaker.
