How do I print a pre-meeting participant list?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @Arlsa234.

 

Perhaps I don't understand exactly what you're asking... but there is no list of participants before the meeting starts.  The list of participants available is "who attended the meeting."

 

Does your meeting require registration, and you want to know who has registered?  Please explain further.

Yes, the meeting requires registration so there is a list already, but I cant import it and am unable to print it.

Your registration listing is in the Reports menu.

 

First you need to modify the date range to include the date of your meeting:

Then select the meeting and click the Generate button:

Choose the registration type(s) to report and click Continue:

You will then see the "Report Queue" tab, and your submitted request will be shown as Processing:

When it is ready, you'll see a Download button:

A CSV file will be downloaded by your browser.  Locate the file and open it to see the listing of who has registered:
