Hi ,
yesterday I had problems with my password when accessing to zoom but then I managed using the password link and started the meeting.
But the recording is still processing and 12 hours passed now. can u help me retrieve the recording as I need to send it to those students who missed the lesson ?
please let me know and try to solve the matter as soon as possible as it regards my work.

Please confirm the meeting is completely ended (no participants or rooms still inadvertently connected). This will prevent recordings from processing/transcoding. Already the case? Great.
Once meetings have finished, recordings may take up to a day (or even longer) in specific cases, although this is definitely not the norm. Unfortunately, the first response from Zoom Support will be to give this more time before digging in further - 12 hours (while unreasonable) is not enough time to set off any alarms.
