I would like to setup a recurring meeting where I as the host will not be present, but would like a couple of meeting participants to claim host capabilities. I cannot add these participants as "alternative hosts" in the meeting setup because they do not have a Zoom license. Is there a way to setup a generic meeting where the first person to join the meeting becomes the host or co-host?

I have the same question, except (a) this is for a webinar rather than a regular meeting (not sure if this applies to OP) and (b) I have a specific person who I would like to have co-host status. Is this any easier? For a webinar at least, there doesn't seem to be a way to declare a co-host (ahead of time) who is not on the same license.
