file not converting after update

Dear Zoom,

For some weird reason, my zoom meeting recording file isn't converting at all and that Zoom instead of being a CPU hog as usual when converting recording files is using 0% CPU. Can you please get this issue fixed ASAP b/c I'm on a tight deadline.
