Hey, I'm receiving an error code 5003, I'm using macbook. Could you help me? I cannot join my classes.

Hi ECE

Error code 5003 relates to connectivity issue ie. somehow your computer can't reach Zoom servers. Please see below link & see if you can troubleshoot further.
