Playbac k of a meeting recording has audio but no video
I have conducted many meetings with Zoom and made local recordings. In all cases, I use a Logitech 930E camera and a background option from Zoom. Recording location is not the default, but has been changed to a different network drive. I am using Zoom Version: 5.16.10 (26186) on a Windows 11 Enterprise Edition machine with 64GB of RAM. Previously I have been able to use Media Play and VLC to playback the meetings and see video and hear audion. Since updating to this version of Zoom, I am unable to view the video - the video screen is green - but can hear the audio.
