パソコンを買い替えたところ、音声が、本体からの出力の場合はスピーカーから聞こえますが、ヘッドフォンに切り替えると聞こえなくなりました。

スピーカーのテストをしますと、瞬間大音量で音が出た後、音量が下がり、ほんのかすかに聞こえますが、ほとんど聞きとれません。他の設定でも同様です。音が出ているのは確かです。

パソコンのメーカーに問い合わせたところ、Zoomのソフトの問題だと言われてしまいました。

ただYouTubeは正常に音が出ますが、Zoomを立ち上げますと、YouTubeの音声が出なくなってしまう現象も起きています。

パソコンはACER SFA16-41-A76Z/K

解決方法があったら教えてもらえませんか？

Recently, I recorded a Zoom meeting with 7 participants. A few days later, I went to retrieve it, and it had three (3) recordings, each 12 seconds long, with the name of the meeting, the correct date, etc. The meeting was 1 and 1/2 hours long.  I was hoping to summarize that particular meeting,  but now I cannot. This has never happened before when I had one-on-one meetings. 

I have previous recordings, on my C drive, but again, not these. I did not have the cloud for recordings.

Hello there!

I am using zoom on Ubuntu few days ago and since that, when I share my screen to give the remote control, it is not possible to do it, the options appear but not in bold letters, they are just decoration, it's not possible to click on it. can you help me please?

I've made the latest update and now participants (who also have the update) don't have any ability to annotate my shared screen. The option is turned on in settings, so I'm at a loss for what to do. I teach online and use the annotate option with my pupils all the time, so I'm hoping that someone can help me out. Thanks.
