My webcam is not working during Zoom meetings.  It stopped working after the last Zoom software update. (It worked before then). The correct webcam is selected in the settings. The webcam light is on, but no image is projected.  I have rebooted my computer and have also uninstalled and then reinstalled the software.  Neither fixed the problem. 

I have a Dell computer, using Windows 11, OS Build 22621.2428

Not sure what else to do. I am attending meetings on almost a daily basis and it is really frustrating.

Screen sharing used to work just fine for me until recently, but now I've started seeing this error on Mac OS 12.4. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Zoom app already, as well as restarting my computer. I've also triple checked that Zoom has all necessary permissions in Security & Privacy.

Restore the End meeting option to the floating controls!

The recent design update (May 2024) changed the floating tool bar, removing many things including the option to end the call.As a meeting host, I never stop sharing my screen before ending the call - I just end the call from the ... menu 'End meeting... Show more

The recent design update (May 2024) changed the floating tool bar, removing many things including the option to end the call.

As a meeting host, I never stop sharing my screen before ending the call - I just end the call from the ... menu 'End meeting' option.

This is now gone, leaving me as a host fumbling to figure out how to end the meeting. The only way to do it is to stop sharing, or choose the 'Show full meeting' option and then end the call. This adds an unnecessary and unintuitive step to ending a call.

It needs to always be 1 click away to end a call as a meeting host. Please restore End meeting to the menu in the floating controls!

Resolved! Adding a Video to my wait room

I am trying to add a video to my wait room and am not able to as yet. I have the most up-to-date version although when I go to my icon on the top right it does not take me to help and show me the version as I was led to believe.

I tried connecting my iPad on a zoom call to conduct an online class but share button did not show iPhone/iPad option neither the share desktop was available. Is there any change in the recent updates from Zoom or on macOS that prevent this. Please note that I am currently using the latest updates of all, macOS, iPadOS, and Zoom.

Where is my chat?

I had great content in the chat at the end of my meeting.  I got the transcript, audio and video file but not the chat history. how do i get that

When I click on the share screen button, I can't see all my open windows to select the one I want to share. There is an icon for microsoft edge and one for chrome and when I hover over the icons a dialogue box gives the number of open pages for that ... Show more

When I click on the share screen button, I can't see all my open windows to select the one I want to share. There is an icon for microsoft edge and one for chrome and when I hover over the icons a dialogue box gives the number of open pages for that browser but I can't see or select any of the pages. How can I see the individual windows and select the one I want to share?

During my zoom meeting yesterday, the video did not work.  Only my picture was available.  In the bottom left corner, the video indicator had a red slash through it.  So I clicked on the up arrow, and I saw that the camera on my pc was selected....as there are no other cameras.  But when I clicked it, I got a little box in the upper right hand that told me to select another camera.  Again, there are no other cameras. Can someone help me with this?

Waiting Room Video

I have added the video to my waiting room but it doesnt show when I turn on the waiting room.  I seen a video that says you have to call and tell zoom to enable it but catch22 you cant call or even chat with zoom
