Hello.  We are using a Polycom SoundStation to record the audio in our Zoom meetings.  For some reason, the audio did not record in the last meeting.  Our IT department was unable to find the problem, and suggested checking with Zoom Support for solutions.  The meeting is held in the conference room, with the Polycom centrally located.  The Polycom is giving the indication (lights) that it is functioning properly, but when the Zoom meeting is played back, there is no audio or indication of audio at all.

Hello, I am getting this message when I start a meeting with my Personal Meeting ID
"The meeting does not support dial in or Call Me to join. You cannot connect to the audio"

 

I reinstalled Zoom. The error is still the same.

 

When I went to edit my Personal Meeting ID, I saw this message:

"Only paid user can choose a Personal Meeting ID.

I have been a Basic user for years, but I did have a paid account for awhile. I cancelled my paid account and went back to being a Basic User. I cannot find any information on how to enable dial in or Call Me to Join.

Does anyone know whether or how to fix this problem?

PC using Licensed User Chinese invitees not allowed to join-error code 13215

We have an employee that uses a PC, is a licensed user, has all data center locations toggled on and is still having meeting attendees in China being unable to join the meeting due to error code 13215.

 

Before everyone says the attendees in China need a paid account please read the following:

We have another employee that uses a Mac, is a licensed user, has all data center locations toggled on and the same attendees are able to join their meeting link. These attendees are the same for both employees.

 

What the heck is the fix here?

I am suddenly having an audio issue today.  When I try to log in to all of my regularly scheduled weekly meetings I get the following message: "The meeting does not support dial in or Call Me.  You cannot connect to the audio."  The microphone icon is missing from the bottom left corner of my screen, and when I click the new "Join Audio" button, it takes me to the audio settings screen with no obvious solutions.   I've tried reinstalling zoom and I've tried joining a meeting from the Zoom web portal but the same issue occurrs.  PLEASE HELP.   Thank you!

I use zoom everyday so I have lots of regular sessions. I can't add one person as an alternative host/co-host, it says: 'One or more of the people you want to add are alternate hosts or are not members of this account. To continue delete: name' 

 

what's wrong? the 2nd person has definitely got an account. How to fix this?

Hello I have updated to 5.16.10 (25689) on Mac, OS Sonoma 14.1.2, but am having an issue joining a meeting that I have been invited to. When I click on join meeting button in the interface and from the calendar invite it will launch the meeting by changing my status to in a meeting but it never leaves the interface.  I can join the meeting from a different device (cell phone). The only way I can get out of the meeting is to quit the application which then gives me the option to leave the meeting.  I can start meetings I have scheduled without any problem.

HOW TO TURN OFF AUTOMATIC RECORDING

Somehow, every meeting (scheduled or unscheduled) is automatically being recorded to the Cloud -- and I want to turn that feature OFF. I can't figure out how to do it. Help!

Whenever I schedule a meeting and make my boss the host, the meeting shows up on his calendar twice. Once as the invite with all the guests and once as an invite with just him as the guest. If I try to delete the invite that has just him as the only guest, the invite won't work, even though the other invite is still on everyone's calendar. Zoom just started doing this. How do I solve?

unable to disable virtual backgrounds in back end settings

I have disabled virtual backgrounds in both personal settings section and account management account settings sections. However, It still is not disabled in actual meeting. Any ideas?

recording without participants visible

How do I record a meeting in just speaker/presentation mode (record just me and any screenshare/presentation and participants if they speak) without having the participants' thumbnails/videos displayed?
