Hi Zoom Community,

 

I've created a new profile in Windows, manually removed Zoom, reinstalled it. I also re-installed the Dell Drivers using Dell Command Update. Microsoft Teams works flawlessly when the user plugs in their 3.5 mm earbuds but Zoom cannot detect it. Zoom can detect the default laptop speaker and mic but stops working as soon as the earbuds are plugged in.

 

Has anyone seen this issue? I find it very odd that MS Teams, Google Hangouts and all other apps don't have any issues. Only Zoom.

 

I'm not looking for workarounds that will interfere with MS Teams and other audio apps such as disabling Realtek drivers and devices in Device Manager. User doesn't have admin access and this is not a long term solution.

a new co worker sent me a zoom invitation.  when i click on the link and log into my account I get

Resolved! Local recording has a very low resolution (640x630)

Hello to the whole community. I have a Pro license. I have made my first recording locally and the file has a very low resolution (640x360). I have not found in the configuration options where to increase this resolution. Help! Thanks for the answers... Show more

Atemを通したカメラの色が違う

昨日は問題なかったのですが、

Atem mini Pro ISO + SONY一眼レフカメラHDMI接続をして、zoomバージョン: 5.17.0 (27246)でビデオオンにすると色合いが全く変化します。

I work with a Blackmagix Atem Mini Pro, which is selected as a video camera. My Panasonic Lumix camera goes into this. This performance has worked wonderfully with Zoom for over two years. But suddenly I have a blue filter over the zoom image with the same configuration (https://dsc.cloud/581060/2023-12-23_10-59-10). The configuration works perfectly with Facetime, Teams and others, but not with Zoom. Uninstalling the Zoom client on Mac and reinstalling it did not bring any changes: Firmware updates on the Atem Mini Pro and the Lumix did not bring any changes. I am at a loss. Does anyone have any tips?

Date Change for Meeting with Registration

I had a meeting set for February 22 and had already sent the invite out.  This meeting requires registration and I have 28 registered so far.  Today we realized the date needed to change.  I updated the Zoom meeting date from the 22nd to the 29th.  A note popped up that those who had already registered would be notified so I assumed their registration was still good and would work on the 29th.  I told those who had already registered that they would not need to re-register. 

Can someone please confirm that they do not need to re-register?  I had one client come back to me who DID actually re-register and she said the meeting still said the 22nd so now she has TWO meetings for the 22nd.  I am so confused and really do not want to send a THIRD email about this!  

I appreciate any help ASAP!  Thank you in advance!

PS... is there a support line to call Zoom support??

I have a reoccurring issue with zoom. I schedule meetings for my boss with his clients using his Zoom Pro link and for the past few weeks he and the clients go to their scheduled meeting but cannot connect. They are told the meeting is scheduled for October 9th even though this is not the meeting date. It's happened too many times and quite frankly looks very unprofessional even though the original meetings are not set or changed to this date.
 
Can someone please help! I have asked my boss what system he is using  and if he has Zoom updated however haven't heard back yet to find out this information (we're in different states).  Anyone else have this issue and if so, how did you fix it!!!!
