Hello all. I am a licenced Zoom user. From time to time I want to setup a meeting and send link to colleagues but NOT attend myself. It is insisting that the meeting is launched from my specific PC. How can I have it that another colleague can launch the meeting from their device and not have to launch from my PC. Thks Fergus Dublin

I was wondering if I can call my friend by her phone number but still see her face like I were to zoom her
I set up a regular meeting in Meetup and a zoom meeting code is generated, but when I go to zoom I can't find that meeting code to launch the meeting (as host) . One issue is that I set meet up on iPhone but want to use zoom on desktop.
We have an issue here that startet with some of the versions after Zoom Meeting 5.16. This is with dual monitors and monitor 2 showing the speaker view.
Every time when i share the screen 2 it exits Full Screen and sometimes even moves to screen 1.
I couldn't help myself so i went back to Version 5.16 where it stays in full screen.
There is a second issue also during screen sharing. The galery view on screen one changes it's size to.
On some computers i could deactivate a screen sharing setting "Scale to fit..." that solved this problem.
But on other computer this checkbox is not available even in the same Zoom Version (Here 5.16).
What is the reason for the difference in the same version on different systems (both windows 10) ?

Is it possible to record a Zoom meeting, but not have the screen sharing be recorded? Or asked in another way, have a recording of a meeting that only records the speakers in full view and not any screen sharing? I know Zoom Clips can do speaker only recording, but this isn't a meeting. I'm trying to do this during a meeting with multiple people on the call. I've looked through different recording settings and tried a bunch, but no luck! Any insights? Or is this just not possible?

I have tried setting up some alt-hosts, however the meeting doesn't show up in their upcoming meetings. Is this a thing, or is there a setting for them to appear? Thanks 🙂
Having successfully recorded a meeting onto the cloud, I wanted to check it and take notes; when asked for a passcode to enter, I pasted the passcode of the invitation, but this was rejected.
What passcode does it need?
It seems it is no longer possible to schedule meetings at irregular time. Anyone know how to do this?? Most of my meetings need to be a regular connection but not at regular times. This was always possible before, then zoom removed the option from the app and now seem to have also removed it from the website. Help - this is urgent Thanks

Hi! I'd love some support- I'm not super tech savvy. For work, I do a lot of on-line sessions (1:1 with clients- ie- just the two of us). I have the paid zoom account. Is there a way that I can just use one clickable link for all clients to use to connect with me? (ie- i don't want to create a unique meeting ID/ link for every separate meeting, if that makes sense?) Thanks!
