When scheduling a new event, outlook should automatically generate a meeting link. However, in my current situation, I have to manually select the ‘Zoom’ option and then choose ‘Add Meeting’ each time to generate the link I want to schedule a meeting.

I have selected and enabled the option for the "  Add online meeting to all meetings, and selected Zoom.

 

But still Zoom link is not generating automatically

testing zoom between 2 computers

How do I connect one of my computers to another one of mine via Zoom. As a new and free user, I would like to test this before an important zoom meeting tomorrow. Thank you for reading this.

Hey there!  I've been plagued with an issue recently that seems as if my settings keep going back to default.  I host meetings in my personal room all day long (coaching and group sessions).  I always go into the settings and remove passcodes to make it easier for me and my clients.  However, the passcode randomly comes back (and when i go into my settings where I have previously removed the passcode requirement, there is a checkmark next to it again and there's a random passcode in there.  All by itself!  Almost like it reset somehow and put everything back to default.  This happened to me three times today.

 

Finally, I figured I would just add a passcode because it seemed obvious Zoom wanted one for my personal meeting room and then again it reset and the passcode became some randomly generated one instead of the one I selected.

 

I have no idea what to do.  Has anyone seen this and been able to resolve it?

Resolved! The app window gets minimized when switching workspaces in Ubuntu.

Is there any possibility to "switch off" that "Minimize window and appear on all workspaces" when working on more than one workspaces and switching among workspaces? (Ubuntu)

 

Got the app running with a widow adjusted on one workspace and when I switch to other workspace the app is minimized (see a screenshot attached) and appears on all workspaces.

 

It's really annoying.

Unable to click on hyperlinks shared in Zoom chat

When I am in a Zoom meeting, it will not allow me to click on hyperlinks in the chat window. I made sure my MacBook, Chrome browser, and Zoom app are all up to date (they are). I’ve restarted my computer several times, no luck. I’ve googled for answe... Show more

When I am in a Zoom meeting, it will not allow me to click on hyperlinks in the chat window. I made sure my MacBook, Chrome browser, and Zoom app are all up to date (they are). I’ve restarted my computer several times, no luck. I’ve googled for answers, I've come here for answers, and nothing has helped beyond what I’ve already tried. And yes, the hyperlinks are blue. The only way I can get the link to work is highlighting the link to copy, then going to the browser to paste the link, but it wastes time & distracts me from the meeting I’m in. I had this same problem 3 years ago & it’s happening again out of the blue. Any idea what’s going on or what I can do?

First, I love the new Share Screen Layouts feature. I use the "Mirror my video" setting in Zoom meetings, but I've noticed when I enable a layout while sharing my screen, my video is no longer mirrored. Additionally, when I stop sharing my screen, the video continues to not be mirrored, which is very distracting for me.

I'm using version: 5.17.2 (29988)

Resolved! Downgraded Zoom Client Version

Why is it happenning ? from 5.17 to 5.13 has been downgraded !

audio is not in sync

my audio is not in sync with my video when i save my zoom call to the cloud. It speeds up. How do i fix this? let me know please
