Zoom picture stops and starts

I use Zoom frequently. When I am the host, the screen will go dark, but people will still see me and hear me. I cannot access any controls such as share screen, etc. I have to leave the meeting, re-boot, and re-enter the meeting. Then it is ok. Also ... Show more

I use Zoom frequently.  When I am the host, the screen will go dark, but people will still see me and hear me.  I cannot access any controls such as share screen, etc.  I have to leave the meeting, re-boot, and re-enter the meeting. Then it is ok. Also a small blue circle continues to turn. To me this means, some function is trying to complete itself.   How can I solve this problem?

Chatbot on the website needs punching in the face. It's pointless might as well use Google.

Audio Troubleshoot

When I connect my wireless earbuds and start Zoom meetings it automatically reconnects the earbuds from Bluetooth. Meanwhile, if I watch videos on YouTube or attend a call from WhatsApp I don't face the same problem. Even 5 members of my team facing ... Show more

When I connect my wireless earbuds and start Zoom meetings it automatically reconnects the earbuds from Bluetooth. Meanwhile, if I watch videos on YouTube or attend a call from WhatsApp I don't face the same problem. Even 5 members of my team facing the same issue both on Windows and Android phones on Zoom. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Unable to add Zoom Meeting using Outlook for Web Add-In on Mac OS X

I am unable to schedule a meeting in Outlook for Web on OS X. 

 

In the new event window, I click on the Zoom Add-in icon and experience one of two scenarios:

  1. Scenario 1: A new pop-up launches that remains empty (no text displayed) until eventually I am presented with a generic error. 
  2. Scenario 2: A new pop up asks for permission to open a new window. Upon granting permission, I am presented with the option to login to my Zoom account by entering my login credentials. After entering credentials and  clicking the submit button, I am presented with a new pop up asking for permission to open a new window. This cycle seems ready to repeat itself for as long as I am willing to keep going. 

I have the same experience across Chrome, Brave, Safari and Firefox browsers on my M1 Pro Mac. I can successfully complete this operation using Outlook for Web on Windows OS.

Hi, I am the administrator of our account. I would like to minimize the options for the participants of our meetings, so that they have no options (buttons at the bottom) to play with. I tried to deselect many options in the admin part, but users still see buttons like White Board, AI Companion, ...

Do you know whether there is a way how to display the vital functions only, like video & mic? Thanks for your help!

Hi there,  I have a regular meeting 3 times a week of which my regular attendees emails are listed.  I want to add a new attendee to this but it won't let me add anyone's email  on the "edit" screen.  Can I just add them by sending an invite?  Does their email need to be listed?

I have been using Zoom since covid-19 for my meetings. I recently started having trouble with the background on my iPhone SE 2020.

It started happening 3-4 days ago when I updated the app to the latest version 5.11.10.

Sometimes the background image looks good but sometimes it is terribly bad 😭
