I use Zoom for my yoga classes since many years without issues. Since about a month, I think since Zoom update to Workplace, I start my class sharing music from Spotify, as always, and using my Rode Wireless microphone. Suddenly, my mic disconnect and no more sounds are shared. When I try to unplug my mic or adjust the setting in Zoom, the whole app freezes and stop working. I have to start the meeting again and use my laptop microphone instead of my Rode microphone. Is there a solution to this issue??

I am having great difficulty in working out how to view my meetings now. The Zoom Meetings home page used to have a tab labelled 'Meetings', this has now gone and it seems that it has all been migrated to Calendar so there is now no longer a simple definitive 1 page list of future meetings that can be viewed. Also when setting up a meeting there no longer is a tab labelled 'Copy Invitation' once it has been completed. There have been some radical and none too helpful changes recently and not for the better by any means!!

I have two Zoom accounts I log into and switch between.  One is work, the other is personal - they have different avatar images so I can tell them apart.  If someone from my company and I are logging into the same meeting that someone ELSE sent the link for, I have to log in through my personal account so that my colleague and I are using different accounts to enter the meeting to avoid connectivity issues.  I used to be able to simply "switch accounts" to the one I needed to use without needing to fully log out and then back in.  Now, regardless of which account I appear to have switched to via the computer app, when I initiate the Zoom, I enter the meeting under my work account.  Interestingly, if I'm in the waiting room, my avatar shows me as entering via my personal account, but once I'm actually IN the meeting, I'm in as my work account.  All other functions switch appropriately when I switch accounts without actually logging out.  It's just when I try to enter a meeting.  This only began about 2 weeks ago.  It was working find before that.  This issue seems to have started at about the same time that the ability to message someone directly - regardless of the settings - stopped working as well.

A host option to limit chat messages (for example, one message every 3–5 seconds per participant) would keep discussions manageable in open meetings, seminars, and classrooms.

The issue: In larger meetings, even one participant can send dozens of rapid messages, burying important instructions or questions and disrupting the flow. Existing features like passwords, waiting rooms, or private links help, but many sessions must remain open or semi-open.

Proposed solution: A lightweight host control to set a chat rate limit. This would not restrict normal conversation but would prevent chat flooding.

Benefits:
- Keeps discussions readable.
- Reduces disruption in open or classroom settings.
- Easy to implement as a host control.
- Saves hosts and participants from unnecessary stress.

Environment:
Device type: MacBook Pro (Apple Silicon)
Zoom version: Workplace for Mac 6.5.12 (63499)
Troubleshooting: Tried existing security settings; issue persists for open events.

Changing "Stay signed in" checkbox default to NOT "Stay signed in" .

When you sign in the "Stay signed in" checkbox is automatically checked by default. How can I change this so that is is NOT checked by default?

I have downloaded the windows version. When I tried to schedule a meeting the time format is in US mode. When I try to switch to the format I like, I am connected to myaccount page on the web. There the format is the preferred one.

Using the settings on the windows app it directs me back to the zoom.us settings page.

What can I do to have the same format in all platforms I am using my account?

Thanks
