Zoom integrated with Google - Recurring meetings sometimes require passcode
Hi, I have one users who has a recurring meeting setup in google calendar with a zoom meeting imbedded, The issue is that sometimes the zoom meeting that gets created from the recurring google meet requires a passcode to enter. I looked through their settings and its not happening every time but once in a while, Was looking for help. Thanks, D.

Resolved! Hiding email address in invitations
We are looking to hide email addresses of our staff when sending invitations for Zoom Meetings. our clinicians do not want their email to show when they invite patients to join for telehealth. Any thoughts or suggestions? TY

Recently when I screen share I get the message 'your screen is loading' but it doesn't' load!! I am trying to share a questionnaire with a participant, but they can't see it, and we wait but nothing happens. This is very frustrating. Can anyone help, please ?

Hi - I am trying to trim a Zoom recording without the chat transcript alongside. I cannot find any guidance on how to accomplish this. Any advice on how I remove the chat transcript?

Hide participants from seeing each other and total count
How can you hide participants from a meeting? If we are doing a demo or presentation to like 10 people that are not associated with each other, how can we have it so they don't see each other or what the total count of people are in the meeting?
how to access a cloud meeting
So I was sent an email with a link to a cloud recording from the task force committee meeting that I am a part of. However, when I click on the link it will open the webpage but tells me you cannot view this recording, no access. There is a passcode in the email but I have found no where to enter said code. Anyone have any ideas???? Thanks

Resolved! Using GoHighLevel and trying to take over meetings.
We use GHL as our backend. My boss sometimes gets caught up, and her meetings carry over, so they started this Zoom account for me. When I try to take her next scheduled meeting (if she is on one already), it gives me the option of joining the meeting, but it will kick her out of the meeting she is in. Why does it do that? Can you enter the meeting as an Admin (me) and take her other meetings without it booting her from the one shes in? It seems like my account is somehow connected to what she's doing. I figured she could control the meeting she's doing, then I would be able to take any overflow, but at this point right now, it just pops up telling me I'm in a meeting (which I'm not), and then if I hit close meeting, it closes hers and puts me into the meeting. What are we doing wrong? is it a GHL problem?

When setting Facebook live it does not give me option to choose my Facebook closed group
Can you please advise? I have set the Facebook closed group when I set the meeting. But when I enter the meeting and click going Facebook Live it does not give me the possibility to check Facebook closed group, but only Facebook page. But this is not working for me. Can you please advise what to do to start livestreaming in my Facebook closed group?
