I have followed all procedures to stream to my private FB groups but they will not show up in the drop down box. Every other group that I am a part of will, but not my own groups. 

So zoom is connected to my personal fb account - which is connected to my biz page and the groups sit within that biz page.

Don't have access to email linked to account

I established my zoom account to use for my work, changed jobs, and did not remember to change the email associated with the account. When I try to log in, I am being asked to verify the same computer I have always used, but do not have access to the email the verification would be sent to.  I need to find a way to access the account, but can't log in and can't get any information or access to a live person without data I can only access by logging in. 

 

I'm hoping to be set up as a support ticket as I saw for someone in a similar situation in this forum. If anyone has hints or tips for me I would appreciate your help!

I want to contact zoom to ask if they would consider updating to the ability for host/cohosts being able to message all other cohosts in chat in the one message while on a meeting.  I want to be able to send every other co host the same message simultaneously as a group to pass on info to all of them. It would save so much time if it were able to be done. All cohosts could then see the message thread and respond. This would be helpful when dealing with bombers. 
I can’t seem to be able  to message zoom to ask them if this is a viable thing they could implement. 
Can anyone help me with contact details for this kind of issue.

setting a zoom meeting from website for an afternoon meeting

I am trying to schedule a zoom meeting.  I am on the website and click on schedule meeting.  It will not allow me to choose a time after 11:30 am.  What am I doing wrong.  I have never scheduled a meeting before.

Can I download or print a transcript of a meeting without recording it?

Sometimes in a meeting we talk about a lot of follow-up tasks. Even when I use captioning and view the transcript, the transcript disappears as soon as I end the meeting. How can I print the transcript without recording the meeting?

Hello. I have turned off UK access to my meetings, because we only allow students to attend classes online if they are not in the UK -- visa regulations.

 

But I am in the UK and this seems to stop me from starting a meeting! This seems like a bug, since no meeting host would want to restrict their own access to their own meeting! Help?

Mi cámara y micrófono funcionan bien al probarlos desde mi propia laptop, pero no desde la aplicación de zoom

yo tenia juegos en mi computadora, y los desinstale, pensando que no eran compatibles con el sistema de Zoom, sin embargo, no fue así, y mi cámara y micrófono siguen sin funcionar, afectando mi rendimiento virtual de manera significativa.

zoom no me da ninguna otra solución además de contactarme con la comunidad. Alguien tiene idea de como solucionar esto?

When i want to enter a reunion in the zoom app, I can't hear my microphone, and my camera only shows a black screen when I turn it on.

My camera and microphone work just well when i test them from my own laptop, but they stop wrking when i enter the zoom app.

i used to have some games in my computer, but I uninstalled them, thinking they were non-compatible with the Zoom system, but that was not the case, and my camera and microphone still don't work, affecting my virtual work in a significative way.

Zoom doesn't offer any other solution rather than contacting with the community. Does anyone have an idea of how to solve this problem?

I joined an interview via Zoom, but I'm unable to unmute myself or open my video. While in the waiting room, I checked my mic and cam in the system to test it and both of them were working fine. I tried rejoining for 10x but still, the audio and camera buttons are not working. It's not grayed out, but nothing happens even after clicking it. I went to a different meeting and both the cam and mic worked fine. Joined the same link for the interview but the same issue persisted. I restarted both the app and computer, but same issue. The host even tried unmuting me but after clicking unmute, nothing still happened.

My company has a uniform background that we use.  We installed all new computers in the office so have lost the background that was added as it is station specific.  I, just as my teammates, have the basic version of ZOOM.  I have an Intel Core i5-10500T CPU yet I am not able to choose a virtual background at all.  Everything is just greyed out.  I logged in on my phone and am able to apply one there but I need it on my desktop.  Please help!

When I invite someone to attend a meeting, sometimes their name comes up automatically. While other times I have to manually enter names. Where is the directory where some names are stored and others are not?
