Changing Default Meeting Duration when Scheduling Meetings

At present, when in the Windows Zoom program and on the Schedule Meeting screen, the default is that the meeting DURATION is set to [1 hour] [0 minute] (sic).  See attached. 

 

Is there any way to change this from [1 hour] [0 minute] to [0 hours] [30 minutes]?  

 

I know that I can change the setting for a meeting, but having to do so for every meeting that I schedule is an inconvenience that surely can be made avoidable with an option to set/change defaults.

I cant see the participant who is speaking.

I am a participant (not the host) in a zoom meeting of 8 people. My camera and theirs are working until somebody speaks. When one of them speaks a yellow border appears and their individual screen goes black - when they stop speaking I can see them a... Show more

I am a participant (not the host) in a zoom meeting of 8 people. My camera and theirs are working until somebody speaks. When one of them speaks a yellow border appears and their individual screen goes black - when they stop speaking I can see them again and now cannot see the next person who speaks. The black screen/yellow border moves around as the meeting continues. I checked with the others I am the only with this problem and they are not turning their camera off. Problem has just occured - any suggestions to solution.

I am working with my Zoom recordings to clip and use as Instagram posts AND the quality of the video when I post on IG is terrible. I have changed my settings to HD so will try that AND, I'm curious if you have other ideas....I put my recording into iMovie to clip it and then to IG from there.

why can't my meeting be opened by anyone anymore?

I have set up a meeting room for my membership, which was accessible all the time for everybody, by setting it up as a repeatable meeting without waiting room, but meetincode. So everybody with this link could enter the room, without me / the host having opened it.

Suddenly, this is not working anymore, although I didn't change any settings of this meeting.

I use Zoom in my desktop with Safari, so an old version can't be the problem...

Recently it appears that Zoom has added a timeout feature on the Raised Hand feature. And if you are not watching on the bottom of the screen for the cancel button, it will remove your Raised Hand. I have updated my Zoom client on my Windows PC to the latest version. Is there anyway for me individually to turn off this Raised Hand timeout function on my Zoom client? Or is there a way for me to change the settings on my Zoom account so that when I am hosting a Zoom meeting, no one in the meeting will have their Raised Hand removed by a timeout?

The speaker for one of my sessions can't access editing their bio

In one of my sessions, I added a speaker. I gave her rights to add her bio. However, she is unable to add it. She says that she is getting notified that her email is incorrect. I have checked her email and it is the same one to which she is getting emailed. She said she is trying to access from, again, this same email. I gave her full edit rights to the whole session to see if that would allow her to add her bio, but that still did not fix the issue. Thank you for the help!

Recording the whole participants in full screen

I am trying to record whole participants. When I record the meeting and find out in cloud, there is only a speaker in the recording file. Please help me everyone is in the full recording. Thank you.

Personal Meeting Id not working.

I have a personal meeting ID. I have used it for 3 years. Now when I schedule a meeting it generates a new PMI. Profiel and settings have my PMI listed. Anyone else have this issue?
