When I create a meeting it generates links for both my non-pro account and another "addon" link which seems to be connected to my pro account. If I create a meeting and want to delete it, I'm getting Error 1100 which suggests I'm not the host. I have a recurring meeting that I want to cancel, but unfortunately the above issue is preventing this. Has anyone come across this before?

Hello, I'am using the zoom basic client version on my computer (Windows 10), last update. Since ~1  month I have the problem that on every new meeting I create I have to switch manually from time zone (GMT+1:00) Berlin to (GMT+1:00) Vienna. In my zoom account settings there is (GMT+1:00) Vienna saved. I also double checked my system settings of my computer. Correct! German-Austria! So I logged out on my client, restarted the system, logged in on my client - no effect.
Any idea where I can look for the problem somewhere else? Thanks! Josi

Checkboxes missing in Schedule Privileges

I am trying to add repot access to the people i have assigned scheduling privilege's to.

 

However, when I follow the steps the checkboxes for both Cloud Recording and Reports do not appear.

 

Why is this?

Hello all, I just updated to 5.17.5 and now classic view for shared whiteboard seems to be gone.  The first session with a client I had, I spotted a message asking me if I wanted to use Classic View and it switched back to what I'm familiar with in terms of the pen, eraser, etc. icons.  I have never seen this new version of View and don't like it and now that message asking if I want to use Classic View is gone.  I've gone through some help articles and apparently, this new view isn't necessarily new since the articles discuss how to make Classic View default in account management settings.  I checked and it is locked to Classic View so I'm wondering if defaulting now to this new view mode despite having Classic marked as default in the settings is a bug.  Anyone experiencing this?

I generate the zoom meeting for the online counselling service by zoom API. The duration of the meeting is 50 minutes. I have passed the duration: 50 parameter to the zoom meeting API, but after test, there are some problems I have to solve:

1. The meeting cannot auto-end when after 50 mins. It seems the only way to close a meeting is host to terminate the meeting manually.

2. We need to show a prompt to notify the user of the counseling is coming to an end 5 minutes before the end of the meetings.

Hello - I can't seem to turn off gestures on My Mac. I have gone through settings and everything is unchecked. I took a screenshot to show this but can't upload here.  If I raise my thumb even by accident a thumb bubble arrives on my screen. Then my video freezes but my audio continues. The only option is to unplug my camera and plug it back in.  The equipment I am using is a Sony a6400 camera with HDMI out into a Elgato Camlink 4k and then USB into my Mac.  This has only just started and I'm getting really frustrated with it as I also tend to "talk with my hands" so to speak.. I am on the latest version of software for Zoom and also Mac OS. Please help. Thank you.

In Zoom meetings people hear my very metallic voice.

I get a good voice from the other meeting participants.

In meetings with Webex, Slack, Google Meet people get my voice very good.

If the PC connection to the Internet changes, my voice is always metallic. It does not depend on the Internet connection.

If I have a meeting with the same Zoom account with another PC my voice is good.

If I use Firefox, Mozilla, the Zoom app the voice is always metallic.

If I do the voice test with the microphone inside the Zoom app my voice is good.

The problem is on my PC with Zoom. There seems to be a problem when my voice is transmitted over the Internet, but the problem is not with other applications, it is only with Zoom.
