When I'm using Zoom, my microphone randomly mutes.  It doesn't show up as muted (no red line through it) it's just people cannot hear me for a few seconds and then it come back to normal.  It happens with multiple microphones. - the one on my Dell laptop, the one on my Logitech webcam, and my blue snowball microphone.  It doesn't last long - but it interrupts most of my calls.  Anyone else have this issue?

I had a Zoom meeting yesterday evening, and set up a Zoom-link. The first participants (about 10) had no problem with the link and could easily join the meeting, but the rest did not. When they tried to join the zoom-meeting they received an error '502 Bad Gateway'. This was very frustrating, because therefor a lot of participants couldn't join the meeting. We also were not able to solve the problem, because we didn't know what the problem was. 

Can anyone (from the Zoom-team of another expert) tell me what could cause this problem and what we should do next time to prevent this?

About (2) months ago, the Zoom app settings changed. The placement of the functions and what s in 'mre' options changed.  They have since reverted back. 

However, I could not see anyone participating in the meeting with their camera off during that change. This means I can no longer see their 'box' in my gallery view. They are showing in the participation list but no longer in the gallery view. The irony is that the other participants can see them on their end. They can see Jane Doe, the black box, her name, and/or profile picture. 

Is there a setting that I can use to correct this matter?

I recently had an unknown person join my personal meeting link even though I didn't create or set up a call during that time. I'm concerned that someone else might be using my Zoom account.

Has anyone else experienced something similar, or could there be another explanation for this?

I just wrapped up a meeting that I had recorded to my computer. After the meeting I got a pop up bubble that the meeting was being downloaded/converted. It got about 50% of the way through and then all of a sudden the open windows cleared and nothing was happening. Nothing is saved under computer or cloud recordings, and I can't find that pop up that was tracking the conversion/downloading. Does this mean the recording isn't saved anywhere? I am thinking my laptop is too old so although the download/conversion started it couldn't finish. Any insight?

How can I optimally record in-person conference presentations with Zoom? We need to record the sessions to be shared post-conference.`

1. How do I use screen share to view the room + record? Do I need an external camera? What is the optimal mic setup for individual speakers + a panel of speakers, and how do I connect the audio for the best quality audio + video?

2. What else is required/how does the configuration change if I also live stream the sessions?
