Hi. I was not signed in to zoom while recording a meeting. Meeting was recorded, but i am unable to find it.

Hi. I was not signed in to zoom while recording a meeting. Meeting was recorded, but i am unable to find it.
We used the OBSBOT Tiny 4k web cam for zoom conference. There are 20 people who joined the meeting. Network speed was good (more than 100 Mbps for both upstream and down stream). However, the quality of the image on the receiving side was bad and sometimes choppy (missing frames) . The quality of the cloud recording was also bad. The license of Zoom is professional. Does anyone has possible solution for this symptom?

Hey community, I successfully integrated zoom cloud recordings into my vimeo. Nice. However, there is no feature to select different audio channels (English, German, Spain) from the interpreters recording. Would you know what to do? The vimeo (!) support suggested to ask the zoom community. Thaaanks,

The integration appears to be successful in the Web interface (Exchange 2016), however the Zoom desktop app does not pull through Outlook meetings. When clicking 'Add Calendar' in the application it prompts me to setup the integration again - Which takes me back around to the beginning in a continous loop. The 'Schedule' button also appears not to work at all - It says 'loading' then goes to a blank white screen. I have tried uninstalling, updating the latest version. This is for a licensed account.

Hello. When I used a Zoom meeting earlier today on Chromebook, somehow the video background function is now gone. Has this feature been removed for Chromebook?

I am getting the "Cannot start video Failed to start the video camera. Please select another video camera in Settings" error message. When I go into Zoom's "Video Settings" my camera works but when I click on "Start Video" I get the error message. I have an HP 23-q113w all-in-one with a built-in camera that works fine with my other apps. I have reinstalled Zoom and turned on and off all the settings in "Video Settings." Any other suggestions?

I am hosting a webinar. Every time I attempt to add a branded virtual background for the meeting, I receive a 500 Server Error message. I was able to add one a few days ago, but needed to switch it out. I have cleared cookies, browsing history, etc. I am using windows

I have no audio output with Zoom, all setting are correct. I do not have a plan that offers phone support. Is there a plan to purchase or a way to get in contact with a live technical support person?
Being a host my cloud recordings from pro account is missing, now that I switched to another account with pro, I want to know how to access and download my old cloud recordings. Please help as much as you can.
