Hi, I previously had the paid version of Zoom. I cancelled it, but forgot to download the recordings on my local computer. I really need to access the recordings. How can I get Zoom to grant me access? Thank you
I set up a meeting with my manager as host and myself as co-host as I due to a hospital appointment was worried I wouldn't make it in time for the start. In the end I made it in good time but my manager arrived after the meeting start time. Three of us were the meeting when he joined. After that no one came in and when I checked my phone, people were telling me it was prompting them for the passcode. I had set the meeting up without the requirement for a passcode - but it suddenly started asking for one. The only thing I can think is that when he joined the meeting something in his settings overrode the settings I had chosen for the meeting. Does this sound at all right? How can I avoid this in future? It was a hybrid meeting so it took me a while to realise what was happening as I needed to manage people who were physically present as well.

chromebookを使用して、Zoom ミーティングに参加し、ブレイクアウトルームに入ろうとしているのですが、入れません。（ホスト側では、端末は認識されているものの、「参加していません」のステータスのままです）
アプリでも、ブラウザ（PWAの拡張機能あり）でも試しましたが、同じ状況です。
chromebook以外のWindows端末やiPhoneからは参加できますので、ブレイクアウトルーム自体の設定はきちんと完了できています。
Chromebookでブレイクアウトルームに参加できる方法を知っている方がいましたら、教えていただきたいです。
I'm trying to join a Zoom meeting and enter a breakout room using a Chromebook, but I can't. (On the host's side, my device is recognized, but the status remains 'Not joined'). I've tried both the app and the browser (with PWA extension), but the situation is the same. I can join breakout rooms without any issues using Windows devices or an iPhone, so I believe the breakout room settings are correctly configured. If anyone knows how to join a breakout room on a Chromebook, please advise.

This is my problem when I click on to schedule a meeting a white panel appears and obscures the information I need to insert for the meeting making it impossible to schedule any one else have this problem ? I'm using Linux mint on a laptop
I just purchased a new Macbook Air and updated my computer to the new MacOS Version 13.1 but I am having issues installing. Is anyone encountering the same issue? Any help on how to install successfully? I am not sure what the issue is and Apple directed me back to Zoom 😞 I tried installing using this link: zoom.us/download I get the following msg when trying to install: An error occurred during installation. The installation failed. The installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance I attached a screenshot of the error msg as well.

Is there a way to host more than 2 zoom meetings at once with one account?
Zoom has just started crashing on my laptop (Lenovo) whenever I close my video or join a breakout room - this has just started happening (downloaded latest zoom a few weeks ago without a problem) and has happened on different wifis - but is fine on my phone I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and restarting the laptop - any other suggestions - it's seriously impeding my ability to work!
