Hello! Help!!

I recently tried to upload a new background (last update seemed to have removed them).  When I did this, my camera stopped working.  Super tough to run a webinar when you are the host and the camera doesn't work.  I used a second computer, tried to upload, and bam!! same thing.  now I have 2 computers and cameras that won't work.   It works in all other applications, so any suggestions are welcome.   Seems to be a glitch with this last update perhaps?

When I share my screen on zoom, everyone can see it except for 1 client.  This has happened repeatedly.  I looked at their computer but cannot figure out what is wrong.  Can you tell me any tips or tricks to allowing someone else to view the shared screen whenever it seems to work for everyone else on the call?

non riesco ad abilitare la collaborazione con gli utenti esterni sulla lavagna Zoom. Inserisco l'email, ma mi viene visualizzato un messaggio che indica che ho disabilitato la collaborazione con gli utenti esterni alla mia organizzazione. Non riesco a trovare dove e come potrei abilitare gli utenti esterni per collaborare come editor nella lavagna Zoom.

Hello over there I have a device IX5000 and need to use it to make meetings via Zoom using the CRC port but when I make a call join by sip like ( zoomcrc@xxxxxxxxxxx) the call is terminated immediately.

What is the reason for happening that?
