I use Teams on my work computer and my image is fine and perfectly proportioned. When I try to use Zoom on my computer I appear giant and half on the screen. I have no idea what is wrong or how to adjust. Help!
How to reduce video width, normally the size of the video fits the size of my green chromakey, for whatever reason the video width has increased and now can see both sides of green screen and what's behind the screen, blur imaging is not an option due to the type of work I do, how to I decrease it again please?

I'm facing an unusual problem with Zoom on my desktop. When no webcam is connected, Zoom crashes upon attempting to join a meeting or access settings, taking about 10-15 minutes to display the window. Once in settings, I can navigate through everything except virtual background and video options – clicking on these causes Zoom to freeze and eventually crash. The event viewer shows an Application Hang 1002. I've already tried a clean uninstall and reinstall of Zoom, ensured Windows and drivers are up to date, and observed the issue on multiple computers and user profiles. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi, We use Zoom to host virtual training sessions for clients who register through a separate CRM system. We create the event in Zoom and then copy the event details into our CRM, which then automatically emails the user the associated event details for the event for which they have registered. I want to include the "add to calendar information" to the automatic emails from the CRM, but cannot work out how to share that information that I am seeing in the meeting info. I can test and add to my calendar but cannot work out where to get the code to ensure it can be shared to my users. I can see similar questions asked but none have been answered for years. Thank you.

How do I access the FULL list of participants NAMES during the meeting. Is there a scrolling feature? I need to get to name fast to remove bombers. No time to type it in. Basic question but unable to find answer.
Greetings, Conducted a Zoom video interview for our radio show this morning. I don't see a local video, or cloud video file. I have it set to start recording once the meeting begins. I've done these before and always had a local file. The only thing I think I did differently this time, was I usually stop recording and then end the meeting, whereas this time I did end for all. Is that why it didn't record?

I am using v 5.17.7 (31859) on a Win 11 Pro PC (Dell w 64 bit OS, 12th Gen i9 and have 32GB ram)
I have my Audio settings properly configured, but I am not receiving music from meeting participants, even when we both have Original Sound activated. Others in the same meetings are hearing the music clearly. I am not. This occurs both when I am the host of my own meetings or participate in others' meetings.
I have used this same PC for hosting and participating, with proper results before. This just started happening a month ago. Are others having this issue? What could be the fix?
