Has anyone used Clouthub Meets and how does it's functionality (like annotate and whiteboard tools, etc.) compare to Zoom? I have a client who is convinced zoom is stealing our personal information and selling it and wants me to use Clouthub instead, but I can't find where it has the feature we need for meetings. Any help is appreciated? cheers,

I would like to add team admins to this account, giving others the ability to host and create meetings, is this possible?
For me, the "blur" option that Zoom offers is too harsh. I would love a "slightly blur" option, similar to Google Meet. It allows you to blur without the harsh edges that can frame your person when using Zooms default blur.
Please and thank you.

In the prior version of Zoom, participants names were not displayed on screen during gallery mode in the recording. The new update now burns these names in the corner of each participant's window. We record these meetings and overlay our own custom graphics during post - production. Is there a way to remove these screen names?? I would like a "clean" video recording of the gallery view. Any guidance you might have is welcome, thanks!

Yesterday I hosted a two-hour informal meeting. The recording was saved but it's too large to send.
How can I divide up the recording into segments so it's "sendable".
Thank you.
I am trying to use a green screen with a virtual background, but it is not rendering properly. When I select the "I have a green screen" it is showing only a silhouette of me embedded in the background. I am unable to select the color option as shown in your tutorial. I only get a question mark, but no option to select the correct green color. When I deselect the "I have a green screen" checkbox, I can see myself, but not fully rendered, no earrings, etc. Looks very weird.

I organized a meeting with mandatory registration but some people are unable to register because the phrase to change email appears because only authorized members can participate, what does this mean?
I am a host for a meeting for a non-profit organization. They have a Zoom Pro license. The meeting is scheduled weekly. I join as guest, then "claim host". In the last meeting, there was no option for "claim host". I also noticed that the security shield on the bottom was missing. This is a major concern as we have had Zoom bombings in the past. I reported this as a bug to the administrator of the Zoom license and asked if he could check the settings. On my personal Zoom Pro account, this has never happened, and I could find no place in the settings to "turn off" or "suppress" security, so I am thinking this is a bug. Any thoughts?
